About: I have grown up my whole life with two dogs at a time. I have years of experience with small-large dogs. I understand the love, care, and needs of your pet. I am involved in a pet therapy research study with my full-time job. Dogs are the best! Two days a week I have flexibility throughout the day, and I am mostly available on the weekends for drop-ins. I would love to fill this time by caring for your pet, whether it be letting them out, taking them for a walk, feeding them, playing with them, giving them treats, and/or administering medications if needed. I will treat your pet as my own. I hope to brighten their day just as they brighten mine. About: I have a happy and friendly bulldog of my own. He is treated like he is part of the family which he is. I'll treat your pet as if they were part of my family too. I myself like to run but since i have a bulldog I don't have a buddy that will go on runs with me so i'd gladly take the pups on runs. I spend most of the day at home so for doggy daycare I will be with your dog a lot of the time. I am a huge dog lover and it’s always been a dream of mine to get to work with dogs. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was young. My mom just to call me Elmira. I’d bring all the animals home. I work from home have a flexible schedule. I work from home so I have alot of time to devote to your animals. They will have plenty of exercise and cuddles between me and my children. About: When I was younger I used to take care of my neighbors dogs, house sit for them and walk their dogs. I've also raised other animals, like ducks, rabbits, reptiles, and fish. About: Hello! Aside from growing up around dogs all my life, (a pug and rotties!) I also worked at two animal hospitals as a kennel attendant. Kennel attendants are responsible for taking care of your dogs & cats while you're away! Working in an animal hospital also helped me recognize behaviors that dogs/cats show when they are sick or injured, which helped me be prepared to know when to seek medical assistance. I am also experienced with all personalities of dogs/cats: the anxious, playful, silly, aggressive and pets with attachment anxiety! I am confident with my experience working in hospitals and also hanging around dogs and cats daily that your pets will be safe and happy with me. I treat them as if they are my own! I do work part-time, but my schedule is flexible! Currently, I am off Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. As I gain more clients I would like to have less hours at my current job and be able to pick up more hours pet-sitting! I understand that routine is super important for most animals, (feeding times, going potty, playtime and bedtime) so I always try to keep consistent with what they are used to.
About: We have lots of experience with dogs, cats and many other types of animals! Large property with room to run, we have several horses and goats on site. Family care in our home (with children). Experience working as a vet tech including first aid, animal grooming, training and behavior, and as an animal chiropractor for ~15 years. We do have a kennel license through the state and as such, we require a copy of your current rabies vaccine and dog license (easy to do and only about $12 online!). Question on this? Just ask! sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
