I have one inside dog and one outside dog which I care for daily. I have a home in the country with a large unfenced yard with plenty of room for your fur baby to run and play. There is also a pond on a nearby property if your dog likes to swim. I have two large crates which can be used if needed as well as plenty of toys and treats. I have two large dogs (one inside and one outside), but they are fantastic with other dogs of all sizes. My inside dog actually grew up with a Peekapoo (Pekingese and toy poodle) as her best friend and learned to socialize and play with smaller dogs at a young age. My partner has been a police officer for 19 years and I worked for child services for several years before committing to the family business full time and taking a job with insurance where I get to work from home. Dogs are allowed on the furniture (how else do you snuggle them?) and depending on size in the bed at night. Our labradoodle doesn’t sleep on the bed because she likes to roam at night and go from our bedroom floor to her bed in the living room to the couch to where ever she likes!

Growing up with family dogs and cats, and currently our funky boxer dog Rufus, I know what it takes to be a successful animal sitter and how much love they need. I work a full time job, from 9-4:30 pm Monday-Friday with the exception of one remote day on Wednesdays. Most pets are used to this schedule. I will ensure they will have potty breaks first thing in the morning, during my lunch break at 1, and then once I return to the home at 5. And then several throughout the evening and before bed. About: I’ve been around pets and dogs all throughout my life. I have 1 Mini Golden Doodle at home, not to mention great experience with German Shepherds! About: I have had several different breeds of cats over the years and I’ve learned they get very lonely when the owners are away for an extended period of time. Let me help ease your mind and comfort your pet while you’re away. Currently, I’m not working. This will provide me plenty of time to check in on your cat/cats whether it’s one time a day, multiple times a day or just a few days while you’re away from home. I have an indoor cat who likes to occasionally go outside but for the most part, she is an indoor cat. Her food and water are just kept out for her to have whenever she wants them. She knows when I take my dishes to the sink at night, it’s time for her treat. She has her special place on the couch and usually sleeps with me every night. She’s a bit spoiled. I once took her on vacation with us because I didn’t have anyone to check in on her. It didn’t go so well so I probably won’t do that again and I don’t recommend anyone else trying it either lol. This is one of the reasons I decided to join Rover as a sitter. I will care for your cat/cats exactly the way you ask me to and will provide them some comfort while you’re away.
