Max is very excited to come stay with Rebecca. He always runs to greet her when we arrive. She is on point with sending us pictures of Max which is comforting when we are away from him. When I pick him up , he is happy and I can see he has been well cared for.
They kept us regularly updated with photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. They were also incredibly accommodating when we were delayed picking up our pet due to heavy New York traffic. We really appreciated their flexibility and care.
