About: I have had a German Shepherd companion throughout my life--very blessed. That wasn't easy either as I lived and worked 26 years overseas--22 years in Asia, and took my GSD with me (every where possible). I have also "owned" some great cats--both here in the USA but also at my home in Thailand. Most of my GSD companions I trained myself and they were great in company--took them to work, took them traveling, had friends over...always good, always gentle, and very smart. I am currently semi-retired, so pet care is actually a nice treat. We--my wife, Hien, and I both animal lovers and enjoy the company of pets. We are unable to care for pets where we live, so caring for pets where they live is a very nice opportunity for us. Enjoyable.

About: My husband and I have been caring for dogs in our home while owners are away for 15 years.All dogs are welcome, especially older dogs we play in the yard and go for walks on local trails. “Sarah is absolutely amazing! We have three dogs, one with orthopedic issues, one that is quite exuberant, and one that is nervous around new people. Sarah was patient with our introduction routine, and put our nervous dog at ease almost instantly. She was also great with coming to walk the dogs a few times, to make sure things continued to go smoothly, before staying with them while we were out of town. Our pack can be a handful, which often makes it hard to feel like we can leave them in someone else’s care, but we were never worried about Sarah! While we were gone, Sarah’s frequent updates were so wonderful and reassuring. We could see that the pups were really fond of her company, even Calvin gave her some of his much-coveted attention! She handled all the individualized instructions with ease, and was great about getting everyone out during breaks in the rainy weather. She was also so attentive, noticing that our dog Charlotte’s brace was rubbing, and giving us a heads up. We can’t wait to continue working with Sarah in the future. She’s a lifesaver!”

We had just moved from out state, and our dogs were stressed of course from all the months of packing and travel. Our older dog is pretty much a couch potato not wanting much activilty at all. She sent us videos each day of the dogs and it was delightful to see our older dog so inspired to go out and have some good fun he hasn't felt like in a long time. The rancher would call my grandmother; stating I was on the fence again with the Bulls! Reiki is a way of calming and the energy knows what to do.
