About: I'm a social worker, and very easy going, I make sure to work around your schedule and needs so you feel completely comfortable as I watch your pets. I’m always around the area since I typically only go on vacation once a year. I work overnights but throughout the week my husband works from home as well so someone is always around to care for your dog. My schedule changes so i'm typically easy to accommodate whatever you may need. I have 3 dogs of my own, and have owned dogs all of my life. I treat my dogs and others dogs like my own family. I'll love, pet, cuddle, snuggle, and play with your dog as much as you would even if you're gone. I'll make sure you feel at ease when your dogs in my care by providing pictures and updates with how the day is going. I'm easy to schedule with since I don't have much going on to get in the way of giving your dog my full attention. I work night shift 3x per week so i am often available during the day and i am able to make sure they’re taken care of at night as well. I have experience with dogs who take consistent medications, dogs that have anxiety, and anything else that you can think of. Some other things I enjoy running and taking walks, hiking and going camping I’m willing to care for your other pets in the house as well, I’m here for you! daytime is easy for me to schedule , weekends are pretty free and easy for me to schedule. i will make sure to coordinate with you so you feel at ease and all the needs are met and everyone is comfortable I make sure all doors are locked, lights are on at nighttime I’ll put on music or the tv if your dog enjoys some noise. I make sure to take a lot of pictures so you know your pup or cat is taken care of and you don't have to worry about a thing while you are gone.

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have experience caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and personalities! I currently have two Basset Hounds, ages 3 and 4, two 9-year-old pigs who are kept completely separate from the dogs, and a cat. I grew up with German Shepherds and reptiles, and over the years I’ve also had Great Danes, hamsters, ferrets, crayfish, and plenty of other animal friends. I’m comfortable with everything from big dogs to small animals, and I understand that every pet has their own routine, quirks, and comfort level. I know how hard it can be for pets when their people are away, so my biggest priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, loved, and as at home as possible. Whether that means lots of attention and playtime, a good walk, couch cuddles, or simply giving a more independent pet their space, I’m happy to follow their lead. I’ll treat your pets like I’d want someone to treat my ow, with patience, affection, and plenty of attention. 🐾 I am currently home all day and night most week days and some weekends. Your pets will be loved on constantly the entire time they are here. My two Bassets love having company and are always up for playing or cuddling. There’s plenty of couch space for dogs who like to snuggle, and they even have access to the bed—with stairs! I’m happy to accommodate both the social butterfly who wants to be part of everything and the dog who would rather have some space to relax. I don’t have a fully fenced-in yard, but I have plenty of yard space in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small, short fenced area directly off the porch with a patch of grass for quick potty breaks. Dogs can also be taken outside on a leash or tethered, depending on what they’re accustomed to and what their owner prefers. I’m also very accustomed to accidents in the house—one of my Bassets, Polly, has them regularly—so a dog who isn’t perfectly house-trained, has occasional accidents, or needs more frequent potty breaks is absolutely not a problem. I have an XL crate if that is something they prefer. My other Basset, Hank has bad anxiety and takes daily medications so that is not a problem either. Most importantly, I know being away from their people and usual surroundings can be stressful for pets. I want your dog to feel like they’re staying at a second home rather than just being boarded somewhere. I’ll do my best to stick to their routine, learn their quirks, give them plenty of attention, and make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved until you’re back 🐾❤️

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I have the ability to be able to stay home with my family and my pets and care for them during the day and night making sure no one is ever alone ❤️ Currently a stay at home mom caring for my 6 year old and 2 year old twins! With being home I have all the time in the world to dedicate to your fur babies. We love adventures like playing in the fenced in yard, throwing ball and going on long walks. Of course there is always love and cuddle time scheduled in with us too We bought our house for our yard! Lots of room for playing outside in the safety of not having to worry about your pets roaming off. We have a crate available for dogs who need it and are crate trained. Of course only if the owner request will they be in it.

About: I absolutely love spending time with furry friends! I’ve cared for puppies, senior dogs, and even some shy rescues. I usually have mornings and evenings free, perfect for walks, playtime, and cuddles. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I live just a short walk away from a beautiful dog park where pets can get plenty of safe, supervised outdoor time. I always keep dogs on a leash during walks and pay close attention to their comfort and behavior. At home, I have two super friendly resident pets who love meeting new friends and are great at helping other pets feel relaxed and welcome. “Tia was great! She accepted my request on short notice and made me feel at ease about leaving my boy Pete with her. We drove into town and needed a sitter for a few hours. She was the perfect choice for Pete the Pug. He was safe and secure in her fenced in yard. She also made him feel right at home letting him on her couch as part of the family. He made a new friend, Tang her adorable dog. She sent pictures and even a video to help ease my mind about dropping him off with a stranger away from home. I highly recommend her. And if we go back to Pittsburgh I will definitely book with her again.”

About: While I was growing up, my mom and I temporarily fostered cats and dogs of all kinds. When I was 12 years old I started walking, feeding and caring for my neighbors' pets. Between fostering and my after school business, I've pretty much handled anything and everything ~fur~ related! I'm currently working from home and make my own schedule. That gives me open availability Monday-Sunday, 12a-12p. I don't do much on holidays so I'm even available on the busiest of days. I have a big yard and plenty of places for walks. A large house with a 3rd floor room to separate animals if need be.

About: I was raised around animals, including horses and a beagle kennel. Then, I had a sweet chihuahua for 13 years that I raised and trained from a puppy. I really do love all animals, and timid cats usually take a liking to me. I’m currently working part time, so pet care fits in to my daily schedule very well. I’m flexible with availability and commute, and read care instructions carefully. I have a two story house with a unfenced backyard that I can watch small to medium sized pets. When going to client’s home, I follow care instructions very closely and provide lots of love and attention for the fur babies.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for over 50 years. I've cared for my own pets as well as regularly helped family and friends by watching their dogs, walking them, and making sure they were well cared for while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every dog like part of the family. I am retiring and love working with dogs, so my schedule is very flexible. This allows me to give pets plenty of time, attention, and care while keeping active and meeting new furry friends I provide a safe and loving environment with a fenced-in yard for supervised outdoor time. I make sure dogs get regular walks, exercise, and plenty of attention. I also enjoy keeping pets engaged with toys and fun activities, including an outdoor pool in the summer, so they stay happy, active and comfortable.

All services have been provided with in-home stays, daily walks, overnight care in my home, energy release play and just sitting to calm and comfort my guests. Extra large breeds are definitely welcome along with any size, any age and multiples! They have access to any space, couch or bed in our home for comfort and pampering as they should be! First time booking...your sweet baby will receive a complimentary bath session (will ask first)! Happiness is when their tails are a wagging!! Fur babies are my Loves! This is my business and I am with your pet(s) 24-7 when they are my guests! I do go to dinner some evenings within two hours limited time being away. Your pet is pampered while being in my care. Some get groomed, bathed, brushed, walked and pet. When not doing the above, we are just snuggling.

About: I grew up with dogs and have loved animals my entire life. I have been a pet sitter for many friends and neighbors over the years and had my own canine companion for 10 years. She passed away in November of 2023. Animals deserve to be loved and treated like family. I promise that your dogs will be treated very well and that they will truly enjoy their “vacation” at my home. It’s difficult to leave your “loved ones” in the care of others and I know that feeling. Rest assured that they will be cared for and spoiled to the best of my ability! I am a behavioral therapist who works with children and families. I have a hybrid job which means that I work from home doing Telehealth services and I also see clients in person at times. I am home for most of the day and this worked perfectly when I cared for my late dog, Arwen. I do not have any pets currently. I have an elevated deck that is only accessible from the house. It is surrounded and my dog loved to spend time out there basking in the sun. I have a yard but it is not fenced in. My neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly.
