I like how she took the time to provide both a meet and greet and a visit to her home before our dog’s stay. We were nervous our dog would be scared to be in a new environment, but Kimberly helped her feel comfortable and they had a great stay together. I also want to compliment how respectful her son was of our dog - Kimberly stated she has taught her son how to treat animals and it resulted in our dog not feeling stressed out with anyone invading her personal space or pushing her boundaries - I really appreciated that! Jalaina did a great job looking after my dog Baxter. Typically, I board him with a kennel, but he hates being in a cage and restricted. Jalaina was all I could have hoped for. She sent numerous pictures of Baxter that allowed me to have peace of mind when I needed a last minute sitter and a “homey” environment for Baxter. He warmed up to her immediately and even got comfy on her couch. Also, she walked him daily and when I picked him up he wasn’t anxious as he has been in kennel environments. I almost forgot to mention that she watched my Mom’s dog as well in the same weekend. We wanted to board them together because they are with each other most days. I can’t say enough about Jalaina and her sweet and gentle spirit which is why I think both dogs had such an enjoyable stay and I will not hesitate to book her again.
Wilhelmina was very happy and very well taken care of on her stay with Jeremy. He stayed in touch with me to let me know how she was doing, sent pictures, takes her for walks and plays with her out in the yard, she returned to me happy and healthy, I really appreciate his kind care for my pet and will continue to use his services whenever he's available! 5 stars for sure.
