About: My passion for animals started when I was young. I begged for a puppy at the age ten until I got one. My first pet was a teacup chihuahua, named Teacup, and I absolutely adored her. Twelve years later, I owned a Husky mix, named Smokey. Which provided me with experience handling small and large dogs. I also have experience working at Saint Louis Zoo is Missouri. It started off as an internship, then the next year I worked as a part-time zoo keeper for a year. I also have experience volunteering at SPCA through highschool. For colloge I attended Harris-Stowe State University, and majored in Biology. I completed 100 credits. I do not have any other duties throughout the day, which means I can give your pet my full attention! Your pet will never be left alone and unsupervised. I treat the pets as if I have a friend over. They will never get bored with me because I am super playful. If they’re not the playful type, then I love cuddles as well. I also love walking and going for a jog, so we would spend a lot of time outside, if the pet wants. I understand all pets have different behaviors and personalities, so I make sure I know about the dog before the booking.

About: I’m a dedicated 21 year old dog lover who currently cares for two rescued female puppies. They are friendly and fixed :) Raising young shelter dogs has given me hands-on experience with puppy routines, socialization, basic training, exercise, and lots of patience. I understand the importance of consistency, positive reinforcement, and creating a safe, comfortable environment for pets. Growing up, I also owned a Chihuahua and spent time dog walking for others ever since I was a kid, which helped me learn how to work with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I’m comfortable with active puppies, shy dogs, and dogs that need extra attention and reassurance. What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and treat every pet as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I currently work part-time as a delivery driver, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to stay close to home throughout the day. Because of that, I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, exercise, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. I care for my own two young dogs every day, so pet care is already a major part of my routine. When I'm not working, I spend time walking, training, playing with, and caring for them. My flexible schedule allows me to adjust my day around the needs of the pets in my care and make sure they receive the attention, supervision, and affection they deserve. Safety is my top priority when caring for pets. In my home, dogs have access to a large, securely fenced yard where they can play, exercise, and explore safely under supervision. I also have a large crate available for dogs who are crate-trained or need a quiet place to relax. If a dog needs their own space, I can separate them using a dog gate and provide a comfortable area in my home where they can rest safely. I always monitor interactions between pets and make sure each dog is comfortable and stress-free. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special instructions. I believe consistency helps pets feel secure and comfortable while their owners are away. My goal is to provide a safe, calm, and caring environment where every pet feels at home.

About: I grew up living with different types of pets and have a degree in animal science. I have also fostered and volunteered at animal shelters I'm currently unemployed, so I'll have plenty of time to play and care for your pups. I'm available any time on weekdays and some weekends I have a fenced yard, space and friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. If needed I have crates for your pups to use

About: I care for my two pets I have at home. (German Shepard & English Bulldog) I also often care for my sister’s pets when she is away. (Basset Hound, Chihuahua & Dachshund) I am familiar with many different dog breeds & their needs! I have my own small business & I make my own schedule therefore I have plenty of time to watch your pup! Always free Mon-Fri! I have a fenced yard and I have dog gates throughout my house and backyard where my dogs have their own designated spaces. I am able to adjust as needed.

About: What sets me a part of the fact that I owned a vet rescue with as many as 45 cats and 25 dogs. Definitely under understand how to take care of cats and dogs. I currently am not working staying at home taking care of the home. I have plenty of time to care for animals. I have years and years of experience, taking care of animals since I did have a pet rescue at one time. I have two cats and two dogs. My environment is very pet friendly and safe. I previously owned a rescue which I had 45 cats and 21 dogs so I’m definitely capable of taking care of your sweet pet.

About: I’ve grown up with many cats and different types of dog's. I had a dog that was 19 years old and have been self training my current dog since I got him. Im currently a student at Chico State so I have plenty of time after classes and school. I have plenty of time to walk and play with your pets after 2pm on most weekdays. I make sure there’s no way to escape or places that can hurt your pet if it gets in those places. I would make sure to be attentive and make sure I know what they’re up to.

About: Hi! My name is Crystal and I'm ready to walk or housesit your dog/cat. I take my dogs on walks twice a day and also take them to the dog park on weekends, so I’d love to walk/housesit your furry friend anytime! I’m currently in school so I have plenty of time to take care of your dog/cat. Now that summer is here, I have a break before school begins again and have more time to watch/walk your dog/cat. I have a fenced backyard and an air conditioned home. At the moment I do have 2 dogs in the house. I am willing to do drop-in visits with your doggo/cat as well!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life. I mostly grew up around German Shepards and miniature Dobermans. I have two dogs of my own named Milo and Bear. I adopted Milo when he was a little less than a year from the pound. I got Bear just 6 months later from someone who couldn’t keep him. I love dogs and want to help take care of your pets! I am a stay at home mom and I also work from home. Working from home gives me flexibility to be able to be there for your pets. In my home or your home your pets safety and well being is my top priority. I will treat your pets with the same love l treat mine with. I believe pictures and videos are important to provide to show you how your pet is doing. I also send updates about your pets like what they’ve been up to and if I have concerns I definitely would let you know. I do live in a one bedroom apartment but I have a front yard I can take your dogs out for fresh air and to use the bathroom.

About: I've been around cats and dogs all my life. I'm a trained dog bather, I've also trained Huskys, Beagles, Havanese, and many mixed breeds.I am excellent at playing fetch and keep away. I currently have open availability. I am able to check in with your pets multiple times a day. I also am available for overnight stays. I have a secure patio for my dog. My clients have fenced in yards. There are toys inside and outside at my house and at my clients. There are also multiple water bowls.

I’m good at adjusting my schedule to match the pet’s routine, whether that means early morning walks or evening drop-ins. On a weekly level, I plan ahead so I can make sure I’m available for longer care periods like overnights or multiple visits per day. I’m also comfortable being consistent with routines like medication schedules, exercise, and keeping the pet’s environment clean and safe. Overall, I treat pet care like a real responsibility, not something I “fit in” when convenient I structure my time around it to make sure the pet stays comfortable and cared for. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping the pet’s routine as normal and stress free as possible. I follow the instructions exactly as provided feeding schedule, portion sizes, walk times, medication (if any), and any specific behavior or care notes about the pet. For daily care, I make sure the pet gets attention, exercise, and interaction, not just basic needs. That can include walks, playtime, accidents if needed, refreshing water, and making sure the home is kept tidy and secure while I’m there. I’m also careful about safety double checking doors, gates, leashes, and making sure pets don’t get into anything they shouldn’t. I pay attention to how the pet is acting so I can notice any changes in mood, appetite, or behavior and communicate that right away if something seems off. I don’t just “stop by and do tasks” I treat it like I’m temporarily responsible for the pet’s wellbeing and comfort, and I make sure they feel calm and cared for while their owner is away.

About: As someone who has owned pets, I have years of experience in caring for both cats, dogs, lizards, and bunnies! When I could not locate a proper groomer for my shihtzu, I learned how cut my dog’s hair and clip his nails. When I owned cats, I did extensive research on diet to ensure they had all the nutrition they needed. I’m still fairly new to owning bunnies but I have learned a lot from vet visits and testimonials from other bun parents! I work during the day time usually from 8-1 or 9-3. I can fit late afternoon and nightly check ins, baths, walks, overnight sitting, and errands into my day if that’s what you’d like. I would love to spend as much time as I can making sure that your pet is well loved and taken care of. I don’t want to break an animal’s routine so if you have your pet on a schedule/routine, diet, or regiment of some sort, I plan to stick to that.

About: I current have a dachshund mix puppy, Milky Way. I previously had a terrier mix rescue named, Rolo. I have also owned bunnies, birds, and turtles. I have walked husky’s, german sherphards, yorkie, pitt bulls, Rottweilers, terriers, and retrievers. I love dogs I wish I could be surrounded by dogs all the time. I am also a nanny and have been working with kids since I was in school. I’m originally from Virginia, but grew up in Los Angeles. I love being outdoors; hiking, cycling, or hanging out at the beach. As of right now, I am really open because I just moved to Bakersfield. I’ve given my own dog and the family I nanny for baths. I look forward to hearing from you!! I am currently working full time as a nanny on the west side of town; Monday though Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30pm. I am mainly available on weekends and weeknights. If dropping in near where I work I can come during the day. I find the dogs interest; ball, kong, squeaky toys, walks and use their interest to help them get their energy out and to help stimulate their personal needs

About: I've had pet dogs of different sizes across my life, and I've met very few dogs that didn't get along with eventually. I volunteer time at a local animal shelter to walk and play with the dogs there that need it. I have an open routine at the moment, so I am able to accomodate your schedule. My pets are used to walking at odd hours in the summer, so I'm sure they won't mind 😁 This should be pretty straightforward, as I'm offering walking and home visits. I will not board dogs, as my other pups don't like the intrusion.

Also, not just to potty, but to explore the neighborhood, RUN for extended periods of time, and to constantly practice/improve use of commands, and healthy interactions with other people/pets/stimulation we may encounter along the way!

About: I studied to be come a vet assistant at high dessert medical college, where I also took an extern ship with task that included, helping take care of animals for boarding, injured animals, and animals before and after surgeries. I have skill with proper animal care and proper husbandry. I am currently working part time at the blvd so they won’t be alone for more then an 8hour shift and I only work one 8hr shift a week so ill be home most of the time when pets are in my care I will allow pets full access to my room and living room (I do have young siblings in my house so I would keep pets in my room if the kids are being to rough) while taking them on walks during the day and night or as needed I’ll feed them to owner preference along with 24/7 access to plenty of water I do understand I have a small apartment but I live close to a park with a dog area to take them for few hours twice a day while it is fresh outside unless otherwise specified by owner.
