About: As a nurse, fur mom, foster mom, and Vice President of a rescue, I have unique skills that make me the best fit for the job! I have experience with dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens including neonatal. I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to focus on Rover and devote my full attention, time, and love to providing pet care to countless families in the area. Outside of my natural nursing instincts in wanting to help others, my profession has also made me someone mindful of the environment and the ones I am caring for. Safety is a top priority. Regardless of whether the care provided is in your home or mine, you know you will be comfortable leaving your fur babies in my hands. I effectively multi-task, where I can be the "fun friend" for your pet while maintaining a safe environment. I believe it is essential to not only be aware of the surroundings and assess various safety factors of the environment but also to be mindful of the animals, their behaviors, and the situation.

Wonderful person and so happy to find someone trustworthy to walk my dog on the weekends! She responded quickly with little notice due to my poor planning during my move to Lakewood ranch and that was above and beyond in my eyes. Thanks so much Chloe!

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience. I’ve fostered dogs and cats of all ages through Humane Animal Rescue in Pittsburgh, which taught me how to care for pets with unique needs and personalities. I’ve been pet sitting for many years and have had my own pets throughout my life, so I know how important it is to provide reliable and loving care. I recently graduated from Pitt and truly enjoy spending time with animals! I currently work from 3–11 p.m., but my family is home by 3, so your pet will never be left alone. This schedule allows me to give your pet plenty of attention and care before and after my shift. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s daily routine, whether that means walks, playtime, daycare, or overnight stays. At my home, I have a fenced-in yard where dogs can play safely, as well as a friendly dog who can keep your pup company if you’d like. I can easily crate your dog if needed and love working on basic commands to keep pets engaged and happy. When I’m in a client’s home, I treat their pets and space with the same respect and care as I would my own.

About: Hello, my name is Tammy! I've been caring for all kinds of animals since I was a child. Pet parents have trusted me to care for their homes and pets for years. I also have experience volunteering at local shelters and rescues. I've cared for many animals from predatory birds, farm animals, to cats, specialty animals, and zoo animals too. I'm currently working on certifications to better my pet care abilities. I'm happy to clean up your home and do all the extras when it comes to housesitting. I genuinely enjoy helping people and pets. I'm devoted to making sure your pets/home are well cared for so you and your fur kiddos can have a stress free time (: My work schedule is very flexible. I can be available any times needed, so long as I know in advance. Your pets care is my priority (: I have taken care of pets over nights, for drop-ins, walks, and day care. I have experience with some training. I can follow any instructions needed for them and your home. I love meeting new creatures and my goal is to be sure that you don't have to worry about a thing while you're gone.

About: Trusted by animals. Can watch at your house or mine. Good at communication. I enjoy animals as more than just a pet. Animals are important like children. I am forced to raise my rates because Rover takes 28%. It’s outrageous. Can watch at others homes or mine. Currently working from home so I can get to others houses or stay at yours if needed if I have basic access to WiFi. My yard is not fenced in by I can take the animal on standard walks on a one acre years. Or locally in other wide open spaces I typically work from home three days a week. Two days in office. On those two days my fiancé is home so we have it covered always. My house has a nice backyard where I can walk dogs no problem. I am patient with animals. I can put animals in crate if necessary. They will have companionship with me.

About: My husband and I have raised kittens and puppies for the past 20+ years. Our children all have had jobs pet sitting for multiple people. Our family honestly just loves animals, so we figured why not earn some extra money to put towards family getaways, doing what we love. Plus it gives us a chance to do something together! Between myself and the 5 other family members in my home, we can figure out a way to accommodate the needs for your pet. Plus most of us drive so we can provide transport or easily come to you:) We have a large yard for your pet to play, and a great neighborhood with side walks to take for walks. We love playing with animals and cuddles, but we also have enough space in our home if you’d like your pet more secluded.

About: Most sitters just “watch” dogs, I actually work with them. I pay attention to behavior, energy levels, and routines so your dog stays comfortable, not stressed. I keep structure, stay active with them, and communicate clearly so you always know how things are going. Your dog isn’t just being supervised, they’re being cared for the right way. Because I’m a subcontractor, my schedule isn’t fixed, which works in your favor. I usually have consistent openings in the mornings and a lot of availability in the afternoons. This allows me to be flexible with walks, drop ins, and extended care. I plan ahead to make sure every dog gets proper time and attention. I treat every dog like they’re my own. That means keeping their routine consistent, making sure they get enough exercise, and giving them real attention, not just checking in. I pay close attention to behavior, mood, and energy so they stay comfortable and stress-free. You’ll also get updates so you always know your dog is in good hands.

About: What sets me apart is my genuine love for all pets and my ability to adapt to their unique needs. I have experience caring for puppies—helping with basic training and socialization—as well as providing gentle, patient care for senior pets who may need extra comfort and attention. I’m attentive, reliable, and communicate openly with pet parents to ensure their pets feel safe, happy, and loved while they’re away. Even with 12-hour workdays, usually Monday through Wednesday, pet care remains a top priority for me. I make sure to give pets plenty of attention and care before and after work on those busy days. On my days off and weekends, which are completely free, I’m fully available to provide extra playtime, walks, and companionship. Spending time with animals is genuinely a joy for me—it’s never a chore, and I’m committed to making sure every pet feels loved and cared for, no matter my schedule. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and familiar environment. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise routines, and behavioral preferences to maintain consistency and reduce stress. I pay close attention to each pet’s mood and body language, responding with extra cuddles, playtime, or space as needed. I also keep the pet’s area clean and tidy—regularly refreshing bedding, toys, and litter boxes or waste areas—to ensure a fresh and comfortable home. I respect the client’s home fully, securing doors and windows and following any house rules. Open communication is important to me: I send regular updates and photos so pet parents feel connected and reassured. My goal is to make both pets and their owners feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire stay.
