We had to travel on short notice for a funeral, and he made sure to send his condolences and let me know he was available to help in any way he could. Throughout the time we were away, he was very responsive and kept us updated regularly. We received photos of Daisy at least every six hours, which really helped ease our minds. It was clear she was happy and having a good time, especially since she was included in playtime with his dogs.
