About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 7 years-old, and my parents told me our family dog was my responsibility. I have had six dogs of my own over the years, including one foster dog that I had for several years. I have dog sat for many of my friends and neighbors over the years, as everyone knows how much I love dogs! I currently work from home in New Orleans and spend all day with my loveable Golden Retriever, Louie! He gets along very well with other dogs and is happy to host them in his house and backyard. We would love to care for your best canine friend as well! I currently work fulltime from home so I am able to be home nearly all of the day with your dog(s). I will be at home on the computer or on the phone so your dogs will be with me almost all times of the day. I know what it's like to leave your dog babies with other people when you travel so I try to give them as much attention as I can. I'll also keep you well updated while you're gone as well.

I'm comfortable with puppies and senior dogs, but I don't have much experience with senior cats. I'm most familiar with bully and shepherd dog breeds, and with them I prioritize mental engagement as well as exercise. I tend to collect a mental list of great walking and running trails for when I'm walking the dogs, so if your dog likes hiking they'll love me! I also roller skate with my dog and my parents' dogs, which is a perk I'm happy to offer once I get a better read on your dog's health and behavior. I'm currently unemployed with a lot of open time, so I will walk ALL THE DOGS. I'm also available for dog walking and house sitting on pretty short notice for the same reason. I am hyper vigilant when it comes to gates and doors, I check the ones at my house every single time I put my dog outside. I never leave a dog outside if I'm not home and would not ever have a dog that is not mine off leash outside of a fence. I'm not big on dog parks, I think it's too risky. I always take water and a bowl on longer walks and will also take lots of shade and rest breaks depending on the weather.

If you’re looking for someone who will take care of your dog just as much as you would or even more, Sun is the right person because not only does she care she treats every dog like they’re her own.
