“Shelby and Dalton are the best! They are so responsive and accommodating!! Literally lifesavers, I work really long hours and my husband, who usually watches our dog during the day, had to travel for work last minute. Shelby and Dalton agreed to watch my pup on one of my long days and were so understanding and flexible when I had to pick her up later in the evening - truly I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! They treated her as if she were their own and she LOVED playing with their sweet pup and cuddling with one of the cats, and I got lots of updates and pictures throughout the day. Even though I arranged it at the last minute, Catalina was a lifesaver for my 12-year-old Miniature American Eskimo, Nimbus, who has slight separation anxiety. Catalina was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning, which helped me and Nimbus feel at ease. Even though I forgot to bring Nimbus's toys, Catalina took care of her well during the seven hours she was with her. Catalina went above and beyond to make sure Nimbus was comfortable. Nimbus was given specific treats that I provided, brushed, and walked. It was clear that Catalina cared for Nimbus and was aware of her anxiety. Catalina was also mindful of Nimbus's behavior.
