Dog Walking in Lake Trace, Jackson, MS

About: Hello! I am an experienced dog walker and animal caretaker. I am a lover of all animals and have had a variety of animals as pets throughout my life. I have had cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, and hamsters, and can provide care for any of these animals. I am comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and abilities and can provide any care they need. Prior to moving to Mississippi, I primarily used Wag (see my profile in the photos), which I noticed isn’t very popular here. I have a flexible schedule and I’m hoping to continue to build my client list here on Rover. I currently work full-time from home and travel occasionally. I am able to walk dogs or complete drop-ins early in the morning, during my lunch break, after my work day, and anytime on the weekends. Although my 3 cats are used to family dogs visiting our home, I am unfortunately unable to board any cats or dogs in my home due to the space of my apartment. However, I’m happy to sit in your home, stay as needed, and complete drop-ins while you’re away.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life and was always in charge of taking them outside, playing, bathing, and overall taking care of them! If you choose for me to watch your pet, I’ll treat them as if they were mine and give them all the love you would! My availability is very flexible because I only work 20 hours a week at work. I’m good at time management especially with animals because of my cat. I’m home most of the day. I have an unfenced yard, but I‘ll be able to take your dogs out and on walks frequently. I have a roommate who also uses Rover so she’s able to watch any pets if I’m out. I have a cat who gets along with all animals as well.

About: I’ve always had a special place in my heart for animals. I was previously the Practice Manager at Ridgetowne Animal Clinic in Ridgeland. My love for animal care is beyond words. Monitoring health and behavior if needed I’m available through out the day although primarily the afternoon even though I can squeeze you in if needed at any given time of day To care for pets in your home, provide proper nutrition, regular exercise, and mental stimulation. Keep their living space clean, ensure they have access to fresh water, and schedule regular vet checkups. Show affection, establish a routine, and meet their grooming needs.

About: I have had a dog my whole life and have just gotten my own puppy that I am training and taking care of! My family dog is in his senior years so I have taken care of dogs of all ages! I have also dog sat for many years! I am moving back home for the summer and am studying for finance licensing so have plenty of free time this summer to dog sit! I can take your dog for walks and dog sit in your home and even work on teaching your dog basic tricks like sit and shake hands!

About: Hi! My name is Rachel, I am a medical student who absolutely loves dogs of all shapes and sizes! I have had dogs all my life and am very familiar with the care and most importantly the love that they require. I worked at a veterinary office for a summer and have worked at barns for many years of my life caring for animals of all sizes, including dogs! I also have my own pup who I raised and trained on my own. I know from experience how scary it can be leaving your pets in the hands of someone else, but I can assure you that I will treat your dogs just like they were my own, with lots of treats, love, and attention! I am currently in my fourth year of medical school and have a good bit of free time when I am on lighter rotations. About: Hello pet parents! My name is Karigan, and I am a high school English teacher. I have 3 cats of my own, and I am passionate about helping busy families give their fur babies the love they need. Growing up, my family always had a houseful of animals and I genuinely miss the companionship. I enjoy walking, playing, and just spending time with pets. I am pretty relaxed when it comes with taking care of animals—couches, beds, and kitchen scraps are always available. I have over ten years of experience in taking care of animals. I will do everything in my power to give your pet the love and care it needs. As a teacher, I am at work 8-3:30 Monday through Friday. Outside of those hours, I am almost always available to help with pet care. While I no longer offer boarding in my own home, I thoroughly enjoy taking care of pets in my clients’ homes. After the initial meeting with clients, I am sure to take notes on specific care requirements for each individual pet. I maintain a clean home for my clients to return to.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was young. My family and friends always rely on me to take care of their fur babies. I am currently working full time at home. I have plenty of time on my hands so they will get alot of attention. I have 2 pets of my own and I wake up really early to feed and also take a walk to use the bathroom. They take their vitamins within their meals with dog seasonings and pumpkin paste included. It is a normal routine not only for me but my fur babies. I care for the client’s pets the same as mines. With nothing but care and plenty of play time lol. Also will follow the important information that the client provides with me to make sure their pet is getting the right service.
