About: I’ve had a dog since I was a little kid. I also have watched dogs for my friends. My two oldest daughters head off to college this August. My youngest daughter, she will be 12 in September, loves all animals, but especially dogs. I am looking for a way to have more dogs in our house for my daughter to play with. We have one dog, Marley. However, my mom lives next door and she has two dogs, Daisy and Zoe. They visit often. But when we are watching other dogs, they will not visit. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment for your pup while you are away. I am able to watch your fury family member any weekend during the school year or June/July over the summer. I am not available: July 6-9 After July 30, I am back at school. I am available to watch your fury family member Friday (after 3:30) until Sunday evening (anytime.) I have a pool for them to swim in and and fully fenced in area around my house. I have about 40 acres we can take leashed walks on if you would like. We do have a few cows and a horse on the extended acreage. My lab/beagle mix loves to play with dogs. She plays well with both small and large dogs.

About: Grew up with dogs (dachshunds, German Shepard, mutts) . Have 3 grand dogs (Quinn & Archie, Jack Russells, Maggie tree hound), who I love spending time with back in Massachusetts. Unfortunately we recently lost Quinn due to age and illness. I only do care at the pet parent's house, and I follow the guidelines the pet-parent sets because routines are important for consistency. I will always respect your home.

About: I started caring for pets of my own at 18. I have worked as a vet assistant/tech for over 6 years. I am certified in CPR/First Aid and have worked with pets of all ages. My ex-husband and I raised two dogs from puppies and have adopted/fostered many senior pets. One of our dogs is a tripod, one is epileptic, and one is incontinent, so I have special needs experience. I also have experience caring for donkeys, horses, reptiles, chickens, birds, and fish. I pride myself in being kind and patient in nature. We keep plenty of blankets and beds around the home. We have a large sectional that we lounge on and a fully fenced in yard. We also have an exercise pen as well as the following sizes of crates on hand: two large, one extra large, and one small. We also have baby gates set up to keep pets separate if necessary, and still allows for free roam in a portion of the house.

For puppies, I like to help potty-train them by offering treats to understand that "outside is where we use the bathroom not inside".
