While his care needs were simple (feeding, checking the automated litter box, and monitoring for any sickness), I truly appreciated the level of attention and compassion she showed. Many sitters would consider this an “easy” job, but Jenn still honored the full 30 minutes of each visit—keeping Oakley company, which I was able to see both in her updates and through my Ring camera. She also went above and beyond when Oakley got sick on the carpet. Instead of just grabbing whatever was available, she reached out to ask what cleaning products were best to use—showing that she cared about both my cat and my home. Another thoughtful touch was that she offered to do a preliminary meet-and-greet ahead of time to walk through the care plan. I chose to coordinate via text instead, but I really appreciated that she made the option available—it showed how much she values communication and trust. Jenn is personable, reliable, and truly cares. I felt completely at ease leaving Oakley in her care, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who goes the extra mile.”
