“For us to get to know Norma, I booked a meet and greet plus 2 doggie day cares leading up to our 10-day Mexico vacation. Everything worked out beautifully, so that by the time we actually left, Juliet was quite comfortable and friendly with both Norma and her Boston Terrier, Lily. Norma spent extra time and patience with Juliet (with feeding) to help ease her anxiety with being left overnight... and so with Norma's nurturing demeanor, Juliet adapted easily into their family and routine, and even made a great new doggie friend! We got a happy healthy dog back after our vacation, and we were very much at ease with Norma's communication with us throughout. Highly recommend!!!!”
