About: I have grown up with dogs and I am used to caring for them on a daily basis. I am currently living with a roommate who has an adorable cocker spaniel that I help take care of. She is not comfortable with other dogs so I will come to your sweet fur babies. This also helps minimize disruptions in their routines. I have experience with dogs who need to take daily pills and feel comfortable handling medications. I am free on weekends to care for your animals, checking in on them or spending full days with them while you are gone. During the week I work full time but would love to hang out with them in the evenings. It is important to me to stick with the routine your pets already have in order to make them feel comfortable and at ease while you are gone.

About: I've been an animal lover my entire life. My mom gave me my first dog when I was about five years old, and I've had at least one dog by my side ever since. Today, my husband and I share our home with five wonderful dogs who are truly part of our family. They aren't just pets—they're our babies, and we love and care for them as such. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members because I feel the exact same way about my own. Whether your dog loves to play, go for walks, cuddle on the couch, or just needs a little extra patience and attention, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. When your dog is in my care, I'll treat them with the same kindness, love, and respect that I give my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your best friend is being cared for like family. I currently work a full-time 12-hour rotating swing shift, so my availability alternates every other week. One week, I am available on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The following week, I am available on Wednesday and Thursday. This schedule repeats on a rotating basis. I make every effort to keep my Rover calendar up to date so you always know when I'm available to care for your pets. At this time, I offer drop-in visits and dog walking services only. Because my husband and I have five dogs of our own, I am unable to provide boarding or in-home care at my residence. My focus is on giving your pets the love, attention, exercise, and care they need in the comfort of their own home, where they feel safest and most relaxed.

I absolutely love getting to play, walk, or snuggle with any pet of any size! I definitely believe the saying that a dog is a mans best friend and believe that we should treat our animals as such.I as a fellow dog mom understand how important it is to have someone you can trust watching a member of your family. I believe spending just a few hours with an pet (or human, in their case) can change the whole mood for the day. From walking and check ins, to pet sitting, or even spending your day out with your four legged friend, I know your little friend will be loved and happy in my care. I currently own 2 dogs (1 aussie and 1 recently rescued great pyreneese) , 2 cats, 4 horses and 2 reptiles of my own. I also work from home with a flexible schedule so I am able to accommodate special requests and special needs animals during the week for those that need more attention. I currently walk my own dogs a mile or two every other day, with them being walked on the property every 4 hours for exercise. I currently do not have a fenced in yard, but have multiple tether setups and/or long line leashes to walk dogs on and let them roam a bit while controlled. My 2 dogs are males who are friendly with others and love to play outside in the backyard. Since I am home during the day, all animals get lots of cuddles in my house (allowed on furniture) and constant interaction of bones, toys, tug of war, toys etc. I do have separate areas that dogs can be crated in alone if preferred. I do also have 2 cats that are dog friendly but have their own room they can be closed off in if needed.

For six years, I regularly helped care for my roommate’s two elderly Miniature Schnauzers while she worked long nursing shifts. I frequently provided overnight care and handled more involved senior needs, including following detailed routines, cleaning up accidents, changing diapers, assisting with mobility, and keeping them comfortable and safe. I’ve also frequently pet-sat a friend’s young Goldendoodle, so I’m comfortable with energetic dogs, active play, and walks that sometimes feel more like a run! In addition, I farm-sit for my stepsister and care for her ducks, chickens, two small indoor dogs, and four large Great Pyrenees working dogs. This has made me comfortable managing multiple animals at once, following feeding and outdoor routines, and caring for both small companion pets and very large working breeds. I work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, making me available for morning visits before work, evening visits after work, overnight house sitting, and weekend bookings.
