About: Hi, I'm Samantha! I was born and raised in the Marblehead and Port Clinton area and have spent my life around animals. I'm the proud owner of two dogs—Remy, my Husky, and Rayla, my Dalmatian—who fuel my passion for providing exceptional care to every dog I meet. With over 10 years of experience working with and around dogs, I have cared for dogs of all breeds, ages, sizes, and personalities. I also own and operate Puckett's Pups, a dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility in Marblehead. Through my experience, I've learned that while many dogs enjoy a facility setting, some are happiest and most comfortable in their own home environment. While I primarily provide weekend care, I have a pretty flexible schedule while running my own business and can drop in / do walks during the week as well. When caring for pets in a client's home, my priority is keeping them comfortable by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I follow all feeding schedules, administer medications if needed, provide plenty of exercise and enrichment, and ensure each pet receives individualized attention, affection, and care. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can have peace of mind while they're away. With over 10 years of experience working with dogs and as the owner of Puckett's Pups in Marblehead, I am comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I understand that every dog has unique needs, and I tailor my care to what makes them feel safest and happiest.

About: For three years I walked two leash pulling cocker spaniels. I turned to watching Cesar Milan for tips, soon I had the dogs walking next to me with the leash loose in my hand. Their owner knew when I’d come to walk them, because they would be barking then quit, due to my entrance with no eye contact. As Cesar says dogs sense with their nose, eyes and ears consecutively. The owner made a comment once “oh, Ruthie must be here”. I’m currently working full time. I would be available after 4 pm Monday - Friday. I travel out of town every other weekend for family. It would work better if I could come to your place. I live in a small condo. That way your pet is kept in it’s familiar surroundings.

About: Hi! My name is Allison. I’ve taken care of cats and dogs my whole life and have a huge place in my heart for animals. I currently have a full time job that gives me a lot of free time to take care of your pets! I’m available Monday-Thursday, any time of the day to help you take care of your fur-babies! If watching your pet at my home, feel safe knowing I have a fenced in yard and extra kennels if needed. Also know that I am very patient and safe with all animals and I will take the best care of them.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs my whole life and I’ve had even a few of my own. I’ve made sure they’re fed, bathed and most importantly, loved. I’m currently going to school full time but will have time to make sure your pet is taken care of, fed, and have fun while they’re away from you. I don’t have a backyard, I’m currently renting an apartment. But I’ll make sure to walk your dog around the block and make sure they have time to go to the bathroom.

About: I used to dog sit in college for a few different families with all different breeds and ages of dogs and cats with various needs. I currently work full-time 8-4:30 and available after work. If needed can come on lunch break to check in. I can house sit everyday of the week. If needed I am able to work from home. I have had dogs and cats my whole life and have helped train the dogs that we’ve had and help with cleaning the litter boxes for the cats.

About: I've had a full house of "fur kids" for over 15 years. With the same cat that started my pack, Eko Donald, Annie Rose, whom I've had for 5+ years, with two of her babies, Garfied & Binx, the past 3 years. In additional to my feline pack, current Pooches include, Herbie Don, Athena Marie, Piddle & Frank Barone. Yes! I currently have 4 dogs and 4 cats! Herbie, my "vicious" Pitbull Terrier, came as an abandoned 1 year old, now 7, through the "Lorain County Dog Kennel". Athena, my Senior Farm girl, came 2 summers ago, knocking at deaths door, from a divorce case gone bad for the "fur kids" in a state, KY, that does not protect their furies. So bringing her to the great state of Ohio, protected under Goddards Law, was a no brainer. Piddle, my 4 yr old Shorkie, whose legal name is Thor, was a token of appreciation from one of my School Bus. kiddos. Frank Barone, a 2 yr old Spaniel mix of some sort, the "baby" of the pack, came through the APL, from a hoarding case gone terrible. My "fur kids" are truly the "kids", I was not able to have beyond the only 1 I was blessed with who is now an adult. As a Substitute Teacher, my schedule is very flexible and open to just about anything; especially, during those high in demand, and popular vacation times! Yup! Im an introverted, homebody, who doesn't go too far, often enough. I'm open to individual requests per family, as I've learned, just as humans, fur kids are no exception, in the fact that no two pets, or pet families are the same.

About: Growing up, we had a doberman, 2 pit bulls, a boxer and a pointer mix (not all at the same time). I always assisted in care with our family pets, but 3 years ago, when I moved out on my own after graduating from BGSU, I welcomed a black Labrador retriever into my life, and he is my entire heart. Tuco has been my best pal since he was 6 weeks old; he travels nearly everywhere with us. We trained him on our own, and perform all of his care tasks. I’m currently working as an educator, but when school releases for summer break, I will have much more broad availability! Right now, I am only available after school. I would treat any pet as if it were my own— pets are not just pets, they are more like children and are family, and they deserve to be treated as such. I have much experience working with reactive dogs, and understand that it is not my job to train your dog, but to interact however I am asked and encourage positive behaviors. I am a strict rule/expectations follower, and the more you are communicating with me about expectations the better. I love loving on and tending to pets emotionally, as I love my own dog more than most humans.

About: I have had a dog in some capacity for 20 years and friends trust me to take care of their animals while they are out of town. I like to give attention to animals I am a teacher in Sandusky and have good availability in the summer every other week! I am willing to travel a little and make sure your pet is taken care of! I follow the guidelines of each person and am very cautious when it comes to the care of all animals and people. Every person cares for their pet differently and I want to respect that.

About: I’m 24 years old, im a part time stna and part time dog sitter! Im a pet owner, I’ve grew up with pets my entire life. I grew up with cats, dogs, fish, goats. I love to care for animals/ people who can’t take care/speak for themselves😇 I currently work a part time, night shift job during the week Tuesday-Thursday. I am available on weekends at ANY TIME for boarding, house sitting or drop-in visits. And during the week I am also available any time after 9am! For any pet they need to be fed, bathed, time to play, let outside to potty and just be a nice companion to them everyday. I’m a pet owner myself so I already do the everyday chores/ needs that are needed for care. It’s been a lifelong routine of mine that I’m accustomed to.

About: I have had dogs as a family pet since 2008. Currently have 2 dogs who are very loved and spoiled to death 😊 I started off dog sitting for a family member in 2019 with a senior dog, and then a puppy a couple years later. I have also house/pet sit for a family friend for the past few years as well. They have 4 dogs (ranging from 15 lbs to 100+ lbs) and 3 cats. I have a good rapport with both groups and can provide references if needed! I also have experience with sitting a 1 cat household as well for one of my friends. In my household, my sisters and I have potty-trained and skill-trained every one of our family pets (we have had 4 now). I have experience with giving pets medications as they need following the owner’s specific instructions. Lastly, I have walked dogs of all kinds of sizes (miniature pinscher all the way to a Great Pyrenees). I look forward to helping you with your pet needs!! I’m currently working full time Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm. I work at a pretty lenient place that gives me lunch breaks up to an hour and a half long, so in the past if a pet I have watched needs a potty break midday, I can go back on my lunch break to do so. I have availability after getting off from this job as well, so I can accommodate to late nights as well. I don’t work weekends there so I have pretty much open availability every weekend. 😊 I currently live at home with my parents and sisters, so I do not offer pet sitting at my home at this time. I have pet sat for people in different home styles (apartment, single-level home with small yard, two-story home with big yard). I have always followed every owner’s instructions and rules to a T. Every owner has loved my care with their pets and continues to put their trust in me to this day. I have several references that I can provide if needed!

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life. I absolutely love animals and my close friends call me “Brigitte Bardot” for an obvious reason. Plus your pets will become bilingual as I’ll speak French with them! I’m retired but still want to remain active. Caring for other people’s pets seem like a good way for me to do this. I am an honest person with no criminal record. I’ve never even been stopped by a police man driving. I am offering watching your pets in your home. Their surroundings are important to reduce stress. As I have two indoor cats, taking other pets into my home is not possible
