We had a rover fall through and she was able to provide last minute care for my senior dog Ollie. Lots of picture updates along the way and it was clear that her and/or her adult son were always available. They provided medications and soft food on schedule and even went out to purchase his food after we mistakenly did not provide enough. Ollie wears belly bands and she returned them clean for us. Our dog cannot get up or down on couches so she allowed us to bring our set of doggy stairs which seemed to work great! Her home is very clean and in a safe area with a doggy door to a nice yard. I felt confident and secure leaving our pup and was so happy he had dogs to play with during his stay!!! He gets nervous in new places but when I picked him up he was beyond happy and relaxed, definitely recommend!”
“It was our first time leaving Dumpling by himself with someone he wasn’t familiar with and Lola Pilar did an amazing job being patient with Dumpling and allowing him to open up to her. When we came back to pick him up, Dumpling was his usual self, running around and playing with all of his toys and Lola Pilar’s toys. They really became close friends over just a few days. Now I have a safe place to leave our Dumpling without worry. Thank you Lola Pilar!”
