About: I have been house sitting and watching animals since I have been in middle school. I have also had a dog since I was in kindergarten with my family adopting a new puppy there years ago which I helped train. I am a college student taking a summer class at Lebanon Valley College which leaves me free all day on the weekends and on Wednesdays in which there is no class. I am also available to stop by for a bit in the evenings after class lets out. I love playing with dogs and would love to any type of dog on a walk/run and promise that I will be able to tire out the dog before I do. I very familiar with how to clean up after pets and will maintain a safe and clean environment

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and come from a family of rescue lovers. I currently care for my own rescue dog, who has severe anxiety, and caring for him has taught me a lot of patience and how to recognize each pet’s different personalities and needs. While I’m new to Rover, I’m excited to get started and build meaningful relationships with both pets and their owners. A little about me! I work as a therapist during the week. Outside of work, I love reading, staying active, trying new coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family. I truly enjoy caring for others—whether that’s people or pets! About: I (Eren) have been a veterinary technician since 2023, working in a variety of settings including a clinic, shelter, and university research hospital caring for special-needs dogs. Through this experience, I’m comfortable with medical care, senior pets, administering medications, recognizing early signs of illness, and handling animals with unique behavioral needs. I’ve also had animals my entire life, from cats and dogs to exotics, so I understand how different every species (and every personality!) can be. I’m patient, gentle, and confident with shy or anxious animals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. My partner Luca is also part of our Rover profile and shares this same passion for animal care. We have multiple pets together and work as a team to provide attentive, reliable care. Luca previously worked at the same clinic I’m at as a receptionist and veterinary assistant, and now works in a science lab where he also helps care for lab animals. His experience makes him calm, capable, and very comfortable handling a wide range of animals. What sets us apart is that we combine professional veterinary experience with genuine, everyday love for animals. Between the two of us, your pets will always have attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate care. We currently have cats, ferrets, mice and 1 bearded dragon of our own, and we hold ourselves to the same high standard of care that we would want for them. Pet care fits naturally into our weekly routine because animals have always been a huge part of our lives. I work full-time, but I schedule my Rover services around my work hours so that every visit gets my full attention. I’m typically available before or after work for drop-ins, walks, and evening check-ins, and I always communicate clearly about my availability. My partner Luca helps provide additional flexibility. He is a full-time student and works part-time in a lab, with a schedule that tends to stay consistent for longer periods. Because our schedules often complement each other, one of us is usually available when the other is not. This allows us to offer more consistent and reliable care throughout the day. Even with busy schedules, caring for animals is something we both genuinely enjoy and make time for, and we never take on more than we can fully commit to. We primarily care for pets in our clients’ homes, where they feel safest and most comfortable. As a veterinary technician, safety is always my first priority. We follow your pet’s normal routines closely, including feeding, medications, walks, and playtime, while also keeping an eye out for any early signs of stress or illness. We’re respectful of your home, trustworthy with your space, and committed to creating a calm, clean environment for your pets while you’re away. We provide regular updates, photos, and honest communication so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: My family has always had pets, between dogs, guinea pigs, and cats. I've been trusted in the past to house-sit for family and friends. I love being around animals, especially dogs and cats (I have 5 cats at home currently who I love so much). I also have experience with nastier dogs, as the owner of a particularly rude chihuahua. I am on summer break from college with a remote job, so my schedule is super flexible and open to you and your pets’ needs! I am a clean guest who will leave things nicer than I found them, so you can trust me to come into your home and take care of your pets without worrying about a mess left behind!

“I’m very happy with Ja’s service! I have a Pitbull and a rather large German Shepherd. While the Pibble is a sweetheart the Shepherd can be a bit of a handful at times. She has a very calming demeanor and has great control over them both. She gave them extra pets and even sat in the sun with them on the balcony for a bit. I have a 9 year old cat, that I have been taking care of since I was 11, I also have experience with puppies starting at the young age of 2 months and raising them. My cat also has medical problems, so I am experienced in administrating medication to animals as well. I am currently studying psychology, and one way I wanted to go with it was animal psychology.
