About: Hi! My name is Joan. I am recently retired and live on a farm. I have had dogs most of my life and have felt the passion to start dog sitting after losing our 15 yr old beloved dog fairly recently. I sure miss having furry four legged ones around to share my love for dogs, and want to be able to love on yours as I would my own. Having used Rover many times in the past for our own dog over the years, I know how very important it is to find someone you know you can trust to love & care for your pup, that perfect place that you won’t have to worry about them while you hoomans are away, that would be Me! About: I have loved animals from birth and have always had pets. From the time that I was a little girl, I've cared for different types of pets. I have experience with rodents, lizards, snakes and bunnies, to cats and dogs. I've worked in several veterinary clinics and currently have 4 cats Charlee, Gia, Hendrix and Moon) and a rabbit named Apollo. They are all spoiled rotten! I work full-time, but my evenings (after 5pm), Tuesdays, and weekends are dedicated to spending quality time with pets. At home, I share my life with two sweet cats of my own, so there’s never a day that doesn’t involve a little extra love, play, or purring. I also volunteer regularly at my local cat sanctuary, so even when I’m not with Rover pets, I’m surrounded by whiskers, paws, and wagging tails. Pet care isn’t just something I do — it’s truly who I am. I specialize in caring for pets right where they’re most comfortable — in their home! About: I have been house sitting and watching animals since I have been in middle school. I have also had a dog since I was in kindergarten with my family adopting a new puppy there years ago which I helped train. I am a college student taking a summer class at Lebanon Valley College which leaves me free all day on the weekends and on Wednesdays in which there is no class. I am also available to stop by for a bit in the evenings after class lets out. I love playing with dogs and would love to any type of dog on a walk/run and promise that I will be able to tire out the dog before I do. About: Woof!!, Hello in dog language :) I don't currently own a dog but have had dogs in the past. I have 3 cats and if your dog does not like cats, they are perfectly fine hanging out in the basement during your dog's stay. This is my 7th year pet sitting. I am very reliable and have pet sat for my neighbors, friends and family's pets. I volunteered for a pet shelter for six months cleaning cages and walking dogs. Our historical 1776 four-story farmhouse can comfortably accommodate many dogs either in a community setting, or individual suites. Please schedule your complementary meet and greet and enjoy a walk up the lane with us and our dogs so that you can comfortably decide for your best friend if we can be their home away from home. I currently seasonally coach Swim Team and Tennis. I also offer riding lessons on the farm. my husband and I starting an end dark day with long walks on our large farm with any dogs that would benefit from the exercise and are physically capable of accommodating us I have a fenced in area for larger dogs to play together outdoors. I also also have an indoor horseback riding arena that can be used for play in inclement weather when there are no riders present.

I have had dogs most of my life and have felt the passion to start dog sitting after losing our 15 yr old beloved dog fairly recently.
