I was nervous since it was the first time we were away from our babies for so long, but Kari kept me updated (including lots of photos!) each and every day so that I was as comfortable as I could be. She treated our house respectfully and left it spotless at the end of her stay! Kari truly went above and beyond to give our pets and us the best care possible. “Andrew was an absolute godsend while we were away!!! He took the BEST care of our dog, and sent us cute photos and videos each day! He truly listened to what we wanted for our dog (who is older and a little stubborn) and went above and beyond in terms of caring for her like his own beloved pet. He checked in with us to ensure that we were ok with certain things, and did an amazing job of keeping us reassured that things were all a-ok, which was particularly nice since it was our first time experiencing an in-home pet sitter. He left our house in nicer condition than when we left it. I’m pretty sure my dog misses him now that we are home! We have already told him we will be using his services again in the future!!!”

“It’s hard to find a dog/house sitter who, not only takes great care of our pups, but our house as well. Miguel did us a major solid when we had to reschedule our trip at the last minute. It was obvious from the start, that he genuinely loves and cares for dogs. One of our pups is a little anxious and he doesn’t really like cuddles or affection, but Miguel was able to win his trust super quick (which was something we’ve never seen before). In addition to Miguel being so great with the dogs, he also took really great care of our house. It was exactly how we left it and it was really nice coming back to that after a crazy vacation. About: Ever since I’ve was little I’ve always was involved with animals in some kind of way and once I turned 14 I start training dogs and just being more involved with every animal. My plan is to be a veterinarian one day but until then I plan on taking care of and interacting with so many animals until then Well I work for my self so I’m home majority of the day anyways so taking a walk, or going to a sitting will never be a problem since my schedule is 100% free I have beds, toys and different types of food set up for any boarding that I might have and I also have a huge fenced in back yard for play time and even on rainy days I have a pet play area set up in my garage(it’s attached to my home and heated) to play in on rainy days I have a fenced in yard so that they can play outside as much as they want, I’m even setting/building my back yard more just to accommodate dogs with certain special needs that can’t do certain things. I also listen to pet parent needs and will help with Leash training/basic commands even going to potty throughout their stay

About: Pets have been part of my life since I was a child. I began working in a dog boarding facility during my high school years and followed the animal track into my college education and became a licensed veterinary technician. I have pet sitting and veterinary working experience with dogs, cats, cattle, chickens, and horses. I worked in a mixed animal veterinary practice as a licensed veterinary technician for 4 years, then moved to an equine only veterinary practice for close to 5 years and currently at an equine veterinary practice employed as a registered veterinary technician. I have a 2 year old spayed golden retriever who travels everywhere with me as well as a 10 year old shorthair female spayed cat who enjoys her days sunbathing in the sunshine. I work full time as a registered veterinary technician; I typically work 4 days a week with one day off and approximately every 4th weekend at the clinic. I have availability in the evenings, days off, and most weekends. My golden girl loves to play and have company and the cat will offer her cuddles as well during in home stays. I constantly observe the pets I care for and make sure they are happy and healthy. I tailor my care for each individual; whether they enjoy multiple walks, adventures, or just want extra cuddles their happiness is my top priority.
