About: I grew up with dogs and have always loved them! Then I got 2 cats as an adult, who are my babies. I also have experience with inter-animal conflict in the home (e.g., pets needing to be kept separate) I work a pretty flexible job from home, so I can be available almost any time of day to take care of and hang out with your pets! I will happily follow any provided instructions regarding your pet’s care. I generally like to let the animal lead our interaction to make them comfortable as well, which I find works well for those that are a little skittish.

About: I have over 30 years experience training dogs. I am able to dog sit from my home full time. I recently moved to a large property in the country, that is a short 35 minute drive from Madisons west side. I have a acer that is completely fenced in and I am more than happy to offer pick up and drop off to the west side of Madison. About: I’ve been caring for my own cats since I was in 3rd grade, learning the importance of caring for them in many aspects through feeding them, cleaning their litter boxes, and respecting their needs of play time vs needing space. I started caring for my friends animals in college and that’s when I learned more about dogs and how to tell what dogs are friendly, when they need space, etc. Respecting animals and giving them the love and care they deserve is of utmost importance to me. I have a fairly flexible job, so I’m able to fit in visits almost any time of day. The only day I’m not flexible is Sunday, I work a mandatory 12 hour, so could stop in after my shift but not before or during. Respecting people’s space and privacy is important to me, if I’m walking your dog and caring for your cats, you can trust me to do the job at hand and leave your space in one piece. Keeping a clean home is important to me, so you can rest assured that if your pet makes a little mess, it will be cleaned up for you and you’ll never know it happened.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life, my father was a veterinarian. I love being around and interacting with dogs because of how affectionate they are. I've taken care of family and friends pets for over 20 years and am willing to allow your pet to stay in their home where they are most comfortable while you are away. About: I have been taking care of animals all my life. Growing up my parents always had dogs and cats. My best-friend growing up was my dog Samantha who just turned 15 is a sweet Belgian Mali. I work at Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation as a cook for the the Early Education Center. Jorden went above and beyond when our dogs jumped our fence to (presumably) chase a deer (not at all his fault - this is a new trick the dogs learned shortly before we left for our trip, and we hadn’t further secured the fence yet, so shame on us). sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
