“We are looking to find someone to board Ollie with for weekends. To start him out slow (he has separation anxiety), we had a Meet and Greet, a short (3hr) stay and later, a full day stay. Julie was clear that her dog Zilla's comfort with Ollie was a priority, which I fully support. I won't want to trust my dog to someone who isn't looking out for ALL the dogs involved. Julie was very responsive with messages, showed us around her home and yard and was generally very calm and patient. While the dogs didn't end up getting along well enough for this to work out long term, Ollie warmed up to Julie and was definitely as calm as I've seen him after being left.”

About: I’ve always loved dogs and have been best friends with many of my friends’ and family’s pups over the years. I haven’t been able to have one of my own because I already have four sweet, healthy cats at home, but my heart has plenty of room for dogs, too. About: I am a dog lover who work from home, so your pup will always have care and attention. My own sweet dog Nila loves having canine friends over to play or relax with! I pride myself on being highly communicative—expect lots of photo and video updates throughout the day :) Your pup will never be left alone for long stretches and can enjoy frequent potty breaks, walks, and play sessions throughout the day. We usually start the morning with a potty break and outdoor time. Midday includes more walks, visit to dog park, or play with Nila. We wrap up the evening with another outdoor break and wind-down time. Whether your dog is playful or prefers a quiet spot to relax, we’ll adjust the routine to meet their needs. We live in a quiet, dog-friendly residential area surrounded by parks, grassy trails, and trees. We live on the first floor, with quick and easy access to the outdoors, including a dog run.

We are expirienced with animals that need extracare providing medications and helping them up and down of places as our dogs had artritis and cancer. Sometimes I have other boarded dogs but I’ll always confirm with both dogs’ families before I book an overlap. I have an infant and toddler that typically travel to gigs with me. Unless I can get my husband to take them after work hours. And two step daughters age 9&10. I put your pets needs as a priority, so if your pet isn’t fond of children, I won’t let my kids bug them. Boarding: dogs spend their stay in the ground floor of my home which is a large space with backyard access. We have a fenced yard. I do require your dog to be crated when I leave the home to run errands. This is for their safety and comfort. If you don’t want your dog interacting with mine, I am experienced in keeping dogs separate and safe. I’ve boarded/sat at least 100 dogs and I’ve never had any issues. Sitting: I can do the basics such as feeding and potty and meds. Plus, I can take your dog for walks or play in your yard. If you prefer, after all your pets cares are complete, I can arrange to bring my computer and work my remote job at your home for a couple hours a day to spend time with your pet.
