We were pretty nervous about leaving Reina since she’s a rescue and can be a little anxious around new people, but Jacob immediately put us at ease. He took the time to meet with us beforehand, asked thoughtful questions, and even took notes about Reina’s routine, what she likes, and her do’s and don’ts. It was obvious he genuinely cared about making her feel comfortable. While we were away, he kept us updated with plenty of pictures and communicated with us consistently, which made a huge difference and allowed us to actually relax on our trip. Unfortunately, our eldest Dozer, had a mast cell tumor that needed to be removed immediately a few days before our departure. Sierra was extra careful with him and even took him into the vet when his incision became infected. She sent pictures a few times a day and was extremely responsive. She is byfar the best sitter we've found on Rover and would highly recommend her to watch your pups. She will take care of them as if they are her own.”
