About: Hi I am currently a student at SHSU! I’ve dog sitted since the age of 15. I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs; from bulldogs to chihuahuas. I’ve also trained puppies and taken care of senior dogs. I am currently a student and I work at part-time, so my availability to take care of your angels is mornings and evenings. Weekend mornings are also a great time! I am able to help with any training your dog needs, and there is a lot of trails around the town I am able to walk them through!
About: I grew up on a farm taking care of countless animals! I know every pet has specific needs and silly personalities to adjust to. I have been loving and caring for animals my entire life and I would be so excited to take care of your baby. The most amount of dogs I have cared for at once is 16! This isn’t my first rodeo and I’m 100% down to do whatever it takes for your baby to feel comfortable and content. I am a student at SHSU! I will be incredibly respectful to you and your baby, whether this is in your home, my home, or on the sidewalk :) I am skilled at leash control and will use a double leash if wanted. About: I have been responsible for caring for animals my entire life, and caring for pets has always been something I truly enjoy. I volunteered at an animal shelter when I was just 12 years old, and growing up, my family always had dogs, horses, and livestock. I learned early on that animals depend on us for their care, safety, exercise, and companionship. As an adult, we have had several family pets, all of whom remained part of our family for their entire lives. One of our dogs was a diabetic Chesapeake Retriever who required daily insulin, which taught me the importance of being consistent, attentive, and comfortable with special care needs. I currently live at a lake house situated on three lots, giving dogs plenty of room to run, explore, and play. I have two rescue dogs of my own—a Lab mix who has been with us for ten years and a one-year-old Mountain Cur mix. My home has two floors with separate entrances, which allows me to safely and easily separate dogs if they need their own space or don’t get along. I enjoy taking my dogs on leash walks down to the lake and around the neighborhood, and I am always careful to clean up after them. I have also cared for my grand-dog in Queens, so I am very familiar with the responsibilities that come with caring for someone else’s beloved pet, including keeping their space clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I don’t see caring for dogs as simply a responsibility—I genuinely love spending time with them. I enjoy playing with dogs, giving them attention and affection, taking them for walks, and making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while they are in my care. I understand that leaving a pet with someone is a big decision, and I would treat every dog entrusted to me as I would my own. I am retired so my availability is wide open. I have plenty of room both inside and outside for your pet. I live with an adult son so my dogs are cared for if i commit to sitting at your home. I have three lots so plenty of room for dogs to play. It is not fenced so I will always be with your dog whenever outside. I live in a rural neighborhood so I can walk dogs on a leash throughout the neighborhood including down to the lake.
About: I've been around dogs my entire life. Growing up, I was always responsible for feeding, bathing, and walking my family's pets. I am also a student majoring in pre-veterinary medicine and hoping to become a veterinarian. I love all animals deeply and strive to make every dog that comes under my care feel loved and wanted. I have a gentle nature, and I am very patient with animals. If you have a rowdy pup, that is no problem! My schedule is relatively open, except when I have classes. Ensuring your pup's comfort is my top priority, so everything will remain as is. As long as I am shown the ropes on how everything is maintained, then you can trust that everything will remain the same as when you left it. I will also provide frequent updates and contact you in the event of an emergency.
About: Since I was a child Iv happily taken care of animals, Iv taken care of pregnant and injured pets. I love helping animals and being there voice. I’m in college to become a vet assistant to work more with what I love, animals! I’m looking for a job currently and have a 1 year old. So I’m pretty busy all the time but I’m willing to make room to take care of your pet needs! I have a big fenced yard and tons of space in my front yard, a park so your pet can stretch there legs and I have several sized crates in case. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a large, fully fenced backyard for supervised play, a designated indoor play area, and a nearby dog park for extra exercise if approved by you. My home is clean, pet friendly, and free of hazards. I carefully follow each pet’s feeding schedule, medication instructions, and daily routine. I only accept pets that are a good fit for my home and will always let you know if I have any questions or concerns during their stay.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
