About: I’ve had pets my whole life. As a kid we had labradors. Then as a teenager we had cats in the house. Now I care for both dogs and cats. I also own a tarantula that I have loved and cared for over three years now. I didn’t intend to have this many pets but they live here now and are part of the family. I am currently taking care of two small dogs and two house cats. I’ve been a free pet sitter for friends and family for years but it’s time I start earning some income for the work and time I put into caring for animals. I have also been taking care of many community cats over the years and actively spay and neuter the ferals in our community. I’ve bottle fed kittens as a teenager and cared for older dogs as well. I clean up after pet messes. I clean litter boxes and will clean cage bottoms of birds and hamsters. I can refill food and water bowls as needed and walk dogs. I have administered oral medication for older dogs. I can also bottle feed young kittens.

About: I'm very good with animals. I love walking, caring for, and playing with them. I've been dogsitting and catsitting for most of my adult life. I've even flown across the country to dogsit for a friend for an extended period because I was the only one she truly trusted to take great care of her beagle. If I take care of your dog, you can rest easy that they'll be loved and cared for properly. They might even learn some new tricks. I love teaching dogs tricks! I have been called a dog whisperer. I have a calm and fun demeanor that dogs really seem to like. Please consider me when you need care for your precious pooch. I promise that you will not be dissatisfied with my service. I have a full-time job and mainly work afternoon to late evening. I am able to take an extended lunch break to care for your pets. Your babies will receive plenty of affection from me. They can sleep with me, of course. I will play with them and walk them, if it isn't too hot. I might even teach them new tricks 😁

About: Growing up, I was always surrounded by dogs—they’ve been more than pets; they’ve been my best friends. Currently, I care for my 14-year-old German Shepherd mix, Bambino. As a senior dog, he’s taught me so much about patience, compassion, and the unique needs older dogs can have. I’m experienced in recognizing signs of age-related issues like mobility challenges, changes in appetite, or discomfort. I know how to adjust playtime, exercise, and affection based on a dog’s energy level and health. Whether I’m caring for a playful puppy or a sweet senior, I bring attentiveness, love, and respect to every pet I meet. I’m currently employed full time, but pet care is something I truly enjoy and make time for. I’m available on weekday evenings and fully open on weekends, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for pets when their families need it most. Whether it's a relaxed evening walk, weekend playtime, or overnight care, I’m committed to giving pets the attention, love, and care they deserve in the time I have available. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. I follow each pet’s routine as closely as possible—whether that means sticking to feeding schedules, going for regular walks, giving medication, or just spending quality time together.

About: What sets me apart is my 49 years of hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals — from playful puppies and cuddly kittens to senior pets and exotic birds, as well as horses and other farm animals. I’m not just an animal lover; I’ve spent decades caring for them in real-life, day-to-day settings. I specialize in senior pet care, understanding the patience, gentleness, and medication routines older animals often need. I’m also great with puppy training basics, helping establish healthy habits and structure from the start. I bring a calm, confident energy that helps animals feel safe and at ease, even when their parents are away. Whether your pet needs a long walk, extra belly rubs, a bit of TLC, or someone who understands the unique needs of exotic or large animals — I’m here with love and reliability. I currently work full time Monday - Thursdays. I will and can fit whatever is necessary in my schedule but completely open Friday, Saturday's and Sunday's. My goal is to provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where your pet feels comfortable and secure. In your home, I stick closely to your pet’s routine — feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and medication if needed. I give regular updates with photos, so you know your furry (or feathered!) family member is happy and cared for. I also respect your home, keeping things clean and orderly while you're away. With nearly five decades of animal experience, I’m able to quickly tune into each pet’s personality and needs, ensuring they’re not just looked after, but truly cared for.

About: Experience with dogs from Pomeranian size to Alaskan Malamute. I am able to handle dogs who love walks and need hours of playing fetch, or simply want to lay around the house and be pet. I am an early riser and can go on walks before the sun rises if needed. Friday’s and Saturday’s I am available to stay-in at the house to take care of pets, overnight it required. My wife is available during the week all day to care for the dogs. I have a fenced in yard, grass, and a 24/7 dog door. My dog at home is very friendly and loves to play with other dogs.

“John dropped in on our Bengal cat Murphy daily during our vacation in the Caribbean. We met face to face beforehand, and John was a nice, normal guy. Super responsive to text. The app notified us every time John started the drop-in visit and when it ended. John always fed, changed water, cleaned the litter, played with and pet Murphy. He sent me three or four pictures each day, and commented on how Murphy was doing. When we came home, everything was perfect, Murphy was happy, and John came by to return the key at my convenience. Five stars, you couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.”
