About: I live with two sweet cats who each have their own quirks, routines, and strong opinions—so I totally understand how unique every pet can be. One loves to cuddle, the other prefers space, and both have taught me a lot about reading body language, building trust, and keeping a calm, consistent routine. Beyond my own cats, I’ve cared for a variety of pets through house sitting, including multi-week stays back in my hometown and weekends with animals who needed a little extra attention or care. I’m confident handling feeding schedules, administering meds, cleaning up accidents, and just being a calm, reliable presence so pets feel safe and happy while their humans are away. Pet care fits really naturally into my routine—I work part-time, so I’m usually only away for 2 to 5 hours at a time. That means I can give pets plenty of attention throughout the day, whether they need regular walks, playtime, or just someone around to keep them company. I’m flexible and happy to adjust to different care needs, whether that’s staying overnight, checking in a few times a day, or just stopping by for a potty break and some quick playtime. I know every pet is different, and I’m all about making sure they feel safe, loved, and relaxed while you’re away. When I care for pets in their homes, I focus on keeping their environment safe, familiar, and low-stress. I know how important it is for animals to stay in their own space where they feel comfortable and secure, so I do my best to stick to their routines and respect their boundaries. I pay attention to little details—like closing doors and gates, keeping feeding areas clean, and making sure they always have fresh water and cozy spots to rest. I’m also happy to water plants and help with small house tasks while you’re away. My goal is to create a calm, trusted atmosphere where pets can relax and feel cared for until their people return home.

About: Hi! I’m Robin. I will love and care for your pets as if they were my own. Please Note: I can’t offer dog walks, so I don’t petsit for dogs in condos/apartments without a secure, private yard. We used to offer petsitting on Rover in our home in Loveland until very recently and have a 5-Star review rating. Now we have too many pets of our own to host! The reason my profile says some town other than Loveland is because of the distance I offer for petsitting. I love getting away from home, especially going into the mountains or rural areas, so I am willing to drive quite far. We own 5 dogs and 2 indoor only cats. The greatest compliment we have received is that our neighbors who are moving out of the country asked us to adopt their sweet doggo that we already dogsit for. So we will soon have 6 dogs!!!! 🫠 I have experience owning large dogs (Great Pyrenees), Medium dogs (current 65# reservation mutt - Rez Dawg Rescue!), and small to tiny dogs. We currently own our 65# mutt and 4 Yorkies (we adopted a toothless old man and became addicted, lol). I also have experience with females in heat, pregnant dogs, birthing, and caring for mama and newborn litters. We had 3 cats, until our oldest died at 20, so we are down to 2. I have experience cooking food, feeding raw, syringe feeding, giving meds, and giving shots. If I have to feed raw, all meat needs to be cut and prepared in advance. If you feed the raw that comes frozen and just needs to be thawed and spooned out, I’m happy to do that. If you need food cooked from raw, all meat needs to be cut in advance and I will need to charge an extra fee for that work. I also have experience with special needs pets, including using hip straps on large breeds and hooking dogs up to wheelchairs. If your pet is incontinent to the degree that it requires me to do extra house cleaning and washing linens, I’m totally OK with that, but I will need to charge an extra fee for that work. I have owned and cared for other animals, including hamsters, Guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, birds, chickens, and horses. I am comfortable handling horses and large farm animals - moving, feeding, watering, stall cleaning. I’m overweight, but I’m also tall and strong. I am OK feeding and watering (not live food) critters in aquariums/habitats, but I will not handle the critters or any live food. I know bearded dragons, snakes, and spiders like to be handled and have adventures too, but I just can’t, lol. If you have more than 3 animals total or a mix of animals other than dogs, my fee is negotiable and dependent on the care levels needed, so please reach out! Rover fees don’t allow for all situations and the multiple pet fees build up quickly. I get it - we negotiate fees for our own menagerie when we travel. I am a virtual mental health counselor, so I will be at home with your pets all day. I DO need you to have good enough WiFi to meet with clients via Zoom. (Download: 20 Mbps. Upload: 5 Mbps.) I prefer to let dogs outside every 4 hours during my work day, if possible, so I’m not harried. If that won’t work for you, I will consider a different schedule on a case by case basis (like puppies!) If you are wondering why I want to petsit… I am still in my prelicensing years as a counselor and we don’t make very much money during these years. I also write books and web content, so I enjoy the opportunity to get out of my own house to write with fewer distractions. Just the good ones - pets! I have been using Trusted Housesitters for the past year to do local getaways to stay in houses with hot tubs for free in exchange for pet care. I just realized I should be petsitting through Rover and supplementing our income so I can buy my own hot tub. ;) I’m a seasoned, responsible adult with a 5-star rating on Rover and Trusted Housesitters over several years, so you can trust me with your pets. I will communicate any unforeseen issues promptly and handle them in a responsible way. If your pet has a medical emergency, I would cancel my work for the day to get them emergency care immediately. I have a Subaru Outback (all-wheel drive) that is pet friendly and can handle snow and off road driving. Unfortunately, I do not have a hitch, so if I need to haul anything larger than a dog, I would need to use your vehicle/trailer. I can drive a manual transmission (stick shift).

About: I have always had dogs in my household and pet sit for friends and family since I was a kid. I live in Estes Park with my partner and our very friendly pup. While we cannot host other dogs at this time, I would love to house sit, walk, run, play, or check in and spend some time with your pets while you are on vacation or at work. Available for Christmas, new years, and long-term weekly care. I am home the majority of the day time with a flexible schedule. My work flows cyclically each month allowing lots of time for spending with animals and outside. I am happy to bring my dog along for hikes and playtime if you would like this for your dog/s and I am happy to come give your pets my undivided attention in their home, on walks, or in the park - Rocky really is amazing. I will dedicate plenty of time on every visit to ensure your dog has the company you are expecting to keep their stress levels low and get all the rest and care they need while you are away.

About: I have been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember and grew up with at least 1-2 dogs since birth and at one time we had as many as 4 cats and 2 salamanders! It has been difficult moving to Flagstaff and having to leave my dogs back home with the rest of my family. Before I found rover I used to borrow my friends dogs for walks and hikes around town, so I am really grateful for this service! My grandmother used to breed dogs and compete them in shows, so I was lucky to have learned how to train dogs from her, and I would make sure to reinforce any rules you have for your dog, as well as roll on the floor and play with them! I love active dogs, and I am an avid trail runner, so your dogs will never be bored with me! Plus I like reading books and lounging in parks for those older pups out there. My roomates do not want to have dogs staying at our place in case of accidents, but I rarely spend time at home and I frequent dog friendly places, so I would usually be taking the dogs on outings with me. I am in between jobs at the moment, so my schedule is very flexible and I can be available to meet whatever needs your animals may have. I am unable to host animals where I live, so I will only be offering in-home, site visit or dog walking services for the animals.

About: As of right now, I have two cats and two dogs that I raised since they were babies. I want you to feel care free while you are away, I have lots of experience sitting houses and pets. I work part time so I have lots of availability to help care for your fur babies when you need to get away or if you just need extra help. Whatever you are comfortable with, I like to stick to there daily schedule so they feel most comfortable. If you let me know what they like and don’t like thats usually best. I wanna make them feel comfy :)

About: I'm the one all friends and family call when they need help with their furry friend. Dogs best friend since 1981. Very reliable and flexible. Cats like me too! My work schedule allows me to be flexible with yours. I work mostly from home but when I am away it is not for too long. It is all about making your dog feel comfortable and at home. Homemade dog treats are always a bonus. It is like a doggy vacation. I will also send super photogenic pics of your pup so you can see their day to day happiness.
