âGood people, they took care of my dog this was my dogs first time to be boarded and Becca was vary helpful in making sure she had reassurance. I will use Bacca again, and I would recommend her.â

âTristan was awesome with my nervous dog and gained her trust super quickly. We did doggy daycare / day boarding and Tristan made sure Ricochet had lots of fun during her stay at her house. We were super happy with everything and plan to book again in the future.â

âI would highly recommend Billy for your pet needs. We had an unplanned trip to Arizona and Billy was able to accommodate us on a very short notice and then went above and beyond when we were delayed 2 hours returning. Billy is absolutely fantastic - professional, attentive and genuinely cares. We received daily messages with updates along with pictures of our Kolby. We will continue to use Billy for our boarding needs.â

âLindsey took great care of our hound. She very upbeat and quickly gained our dogâs trust. He was relaxed and well rested when we picked him up. She asks great questions to learn the habits and hobbies of our dog. We will happily use her services again.â

âLeeandra & Kalli took such great care of my princey pooh! I saw big smiles in the picture they sent me! And they replied very quickly! I highly recommend them! They were great! So thankful for them!â

âErica responded quickly and was able to accommodate us with about 4 days notice. We were able to schedule a meet and greet quickly as this was the first time we had boarded with her. My puppy had a great time! She had two playmates (approved ahead of time) and I really appreciated that she sent photos of my puppy playing and enjoying herself with other doggos. It put me at ease as this was the first time we boarded her and we will book with Erica again as we can get very busy sometimes and need a sitter!â

âAllison gave such amazing care and attention to my little fur baby. I especially enjoyed the continuous updates and pictures of my dog and hers interacting. I will definitely book with her any time I need this service.â

About: Youâre looking at a resident family dog sitter 𫡠and we now have the space to help others! For years, Iâve been the default in helping watch family and friendâs animals. I am so excited to now have lots of space since weâve always had lots of love to give! I work full time from home, so our mornings are pretty slow around here. Once my littles are up for the day, my two dogs (Mabel & Daisy - Brittany Spaniels) go for their morning ârunâ where I let them out on the main property to get some energy out and good sniffing in. Once my kids are at school for the day, the dogs come in as the heat kicks up. The doggy door stays open all day for them to come in and out as needed (except when weather does not allow). By evening time, we let them out on the main property for a second run of the day. Our girls are kennel trained and head to bed when we do! Other than that, we play when we can during my work breaks or when they bring me a ball to toss around! My property is fully fenced in. We have a gate that stays closed unless we are coming and going. Our backyard has a front section where there is a big shady part, and a fenced pool. The back section of the backyard is more open with lots more room to run. If itâs too hot or raining I will close up the doggy door for my girls. Food and water also stay inside for them!
âMaria was the best! She sent me picture and video updates everyday and gave our corgi baths when he got to dirty. We will 100% be using her services again. Couldn't have asked for a better sitter.â

âChealsea and her family took great care of Molly. With her kids and dogs, we never doubted that Molly would have plenty of entertainment while we were off on our vacation. Having Molly spend that time with a family, instead of being locked up in a kennel, is why weâre such big fans of Rover. Chealsea and the job she and her family did in provided for and caring for Molly was just what we were looking for.â

âDonovan was a great sitter for our Moxieâs extended boarding! He and his family were very welcoming, the nature surrounding the walks seemed to provide great stimulation for our pup, and Donovan sent plenty of photo updates every day. Would definitely book him again in the future!!â

âJoseph and his family were incredible! I donât think I will ever leave my dogs with anyone except for them. Theyâre loving, fun and treated my pup as if he was their own.â

âAmanda took such great care of Mr Shadow! She provided photos and updates throughout the stay and he seemed very content and relaxed when I went to pick him up. Your pup is in good hands with Amanda.â

âAshley was a dream to work with. She was so accommodating and patient when I needed a sitter last minute for my pups. She reassured me when I was nervous about one of my dogs who is anxious and scared. And then while I was away, she sent pictures and updates and both dogs looked happy and safe! She even treated my nervous baby with extra love and helped her learn to walk on hard floors (something I never thought would happen!) and even clipped her nails, which is nearly impossible. I did not worry while I was away, and that is the best kind of vacation I could ask for!â

âMy dog stayed with her for 2 months while we were out of country. Her family took care of him really well. Very responsive. My dog loves Ashleyâs family as well. Will definitely go to her again.â

Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, youâre adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
