About: You’re looking at a resident family dog sitter 🫡 and we now have the space to help others! For years, I’ve been the default in helping watch family and friend’s animals. I am so excited to now have lots of space since we’ve always had lots of love to give! I work full time from home, so our mornings are pretty slow around here. Once my littles are up for the day, my two dogs (Mabel & Daisy - Brittany Spaniels) go for their morning “run” where I let them out on the main property to get some energy out and good sniffing in. Once my kids are at school for the day, the dogs come in as the heat kicks up. The doggy door stays open all day for them to come in and out as needed (except when weather does not allow). By evening time, we let them out on the main property for a second run of the day. Our girls are kennel trained and head to bed when we do! Other than that, we play when we can during my work breaks or when they bring me a ball to toss around! My property is fully fenced in. We have a gate that stays closed unless we are coming and going. Our backyard has a front section where there is a big shady part, and a fenced pool. The back section of the backyard is more open with lots more room to run. If it’s too hot or raining I will close up the doggy door for my girls. Food and water also stay inside for them!

I have only two spots for IttyBittyPups at a time, so you can feel safe knowing your babies are given plenty of one-on-one attention. No young children in the house, no cats, no larger dogs; just my two tiny Yorkies for your baby to play with! I monitor them closely to make sure don’t get overheated, which small dogs are more apt to do. In case of any emergency requiring evacuation, I will protect your baby like my own family! IttyBittyPups arriving before 8am will get a group leash morning walk. IttyBittyPups staying overnight will get a second group leash walk around 7pm or later, to avoid the heat. I have a doggie door that stays open all day, weather permitting, and a securely fenced in back yard with netting above to protect IttyBittyPups from birds of prey! My two tiny Yorkies LOVE to run and play and wrestle raucously, but gently, with other small dogs. The largest total number of IttyBittyPups here at any given time will be four dogs. So you can be sure your little dog gets the cuddles and attention they deserve!

As we continue to settle in, I would love to help you and your family in your pet sitting and/or feeding and walking needs. My availability is flexible and wide and I'm here to help take care of your pups and kitties! I am extremely conscientious about pet safety and welfare so you can rest assured that your fur kids are in competent and capable hands. If there are emergencies or urgent situations, I have the maturity and confidence to remain calm and address the need quickly. Additionally, if you would like your dog to have a playmate during my visit, I have a very "dog-friendly" dog who loves to play and would be more than happy to offer her services. About: I've always had pets in my life. I currently have five rescues dogs and two cats. They make me smile! It gets loud, but I have no regrets. I am a Burnet local for 10 years now. I know it's hard to leave our pets. I will gladly check in on yours and make sure to give them plenty of attention. They will always feel loved and cared for under my watch. I maintain a clean, non-smoking home with a fenced backyard where dogs can play outside safely. Before a stay, I like to learn about your dog, including their feeding schedule, sleeping habits, medications, and interactions with other dogs. “Ashley was a dream to work with. She was so accommodating and patient when I needed a sitter last minute for my pups. She reassured me when I was nervous about one of my dogs who is anxious and scared. And then while I was away, she sent pictures and updates and both dogs looked happy and safe! She even treated my nervous baby with extra love and helped her learn to walk on hard floors (something I never thought would happen!) and even clipped her nails, which is nearly impossible. I did not worry while I was away, and that is the best kind of vacation I could ask for!”
