About: I love dogs!! I've fostered many dogs and volunteered at many shelters. I've had seniors and even fostered one with spina bifida. My first two loves were English Bulldogs. I have lots of experience with them and know that smooshy face breeds are much more delicate than other breeds. I absolutly love them! I'm not good with extremely energtic dogs, but can handle anything else. I am semi-retired. I currently work part time on Friday and Sundays with an occasional third day, so I am home a lot. I have plenty of time to devote to your pooch. In my home, I care for your pet just as I care for mine. Of course, with your direction implemented also. I do have a pool, so I will need to know how your dog is around pools, or if they have zero experience with pools, I will need to know that as well.

About: I have a service dog that I’ve trained to do what he does. I also have two cats in the home so i definitely know a thing or two about animals. I am currently a stay at home college student so I have more than enough time in my day to cater to your pets needs! Of course I’ll feed and give them water, I’ll spend time giving them treats and playing with them outside in my backyard and in my house!

About: Husband & Wife duo that both work from home and have availability to assist families with pet care needs. Wife has experience in dog training and we had our own business for a short period. Looking to help families with pet care needs as we have been in binds ourselves in the past We are very flexible as a couple and can move our schedules around to provide pet care needs for most situations, especially during the week. We have a fenced in yard and a dog of our home (neutered). Dog will be free to play in the yard and the main floor of the house. Our dog is pet friendly and kid friendly.

Meeting new animal friends is something that will always bring me joy. You can trust that your animal will be in the professional and loving care when under my watch. While in a your home taking care of your pet, I pay the utmost respect to your privacy and security. I only enter rooms that you have explicitly allowed access to and will only touch or interact with things in the home that are necessary for pet care. I always do my best to leave your home in a better state than it was when I enter it. If you would like for me to take care of your pet, I would kindly ask that you request my services at least 48 hours prior to the initial service date. Thanks! Current Personal Pets: 1 Cat Family pets (separate household) that I routinely take care of: 2 Dogs; 1 medium, 1 large 6 Cats For the time being, Rover is my full time job. I have my set of regulars that do repeat bookings with me every week. That said, their schedule and my own will often change so no two weeks are the same. Request a service with me even if you're unsure that it will fit into my schedule, and I will happily work with you to strike a time and date that works for both parties! I prefer to schedule a meet and greet with new clients whenever possible. Not only will this get me more acquainted with the pet but I can get to know the owner and the owner can show me their routine. I do not charge for meet and greets. If you are unfamiliar with Rover and how the whole process works, I will also explain everything during the meet and greet.

About: I have loved and cared for pets since I was a small child. My love for fur babies started with my first pet, a boxer mix named Apollo. My parents recognized my affinity for caring for animals and quickly grew our family by adding a Guinea pig, several frogs, and a cat. In 6th grade I joined the school animal club where I learned about and cared for fish, hamsters, Guinea pigs, and even a snake. Throughout my childhood and into my teens it was not uncommon for me to bring home lost or injured animals I’d find in my neighborhood. My mom thought I’d grow out of this “habit,” as she called it, but she was wrong. Now that I’m an adult I have a spoiled pup who eats better than some animals, and on the few occasions when I’ve encountered stray cats and dogs I didn’t hesitate bringing them home for fresh food, water, and TLC before trying to locate the owners. My family lovingly refers to me as the “dog whisperer” because of how good I am with them. While I somewhat disagree with that title, I definitely feel that my passion for animals helps me understand and care for them with love. I am available for boarding 7 days a week as long as I have at least 3 days notice. I am also available in the evenings and on weekends to walk and play with your fur child. I have a fenced in yard with a friendly chorkie (chihuahua and yorkie mix) to play with. I also am able to crate your dog if you provide the crate. I do have one small crate that can be rented for an additional cost.

“I would give her more stars if I could! Our dog, Thor, is an 80 lb 8 year old baby that usually gets very stressed when he is away from us. When I went to pick him up, he was glad to see me but not frantic at all. I have never taken him to doggie day care or boarding when he didn’t come home stressed. Today was incredible. He was relaxed and happy. I will definitely book Katyra again and intend to use her for boarding when we go on vacation. She is kind and patient. She figured out that Thor is really chill as long as he is near or can see people. She also figured out that he likes to look out the window and opened the shades for him. What a kind and wonderful dog caregiver.”
