“Our experience with Jamie was 10/10. It is very nerve wracking to allow someone to stay in your home for over 2 weeks and watch your pets, but we were instantly put at ease by her level of care. Jamie was very communicative, sent regular updates and coordinated vet visits when one of our pets became ill. When we came home the house was spotless and looked better than we had left it. I highly recommend Jamie to care for your pets.”

“I can not say enough great things about Libah. She made my trip so much better because I had no worries about leaving her with my boy Journey. She provided daily pictures and messages. Some days there were multiple communications. She was absoluty great. I would without a doubt, would without hesitation use her again. Trust me if you are looking for a sitter, she is the one you should go to!!”

“Claire did a great job watching our toy poodle. While we were on vacation she sent us daily updates including cute pics of Chance! Thanks Claire for making our first experience with Rover a good one!!”

“Having Sam as an in-home sitter for our 15-year-old special needs Cocker Spaniel and two active playful Cocker Spaniels was a blessing. Dolly, Carl and Millie are all rescue dogs with issues. Dolly is deaf, has blinding cataracts and chronic pain. Carl has itchy skin and Millie just wants to play all the time! To find a sitter with ability to give proper care, which included giving Dolly and Carl medications, was a must. With Sam's ability to understand their needs and carefully follow detailed instructions was tremendous! Sam welcomed the challenge with no hesitation. We are planning to have her to take care of our threesome again soon. Thanks Sam!”

“Having Bailey housesit for us was such a gift. Her communication was great, she helped problem solve kitty situations while we were away, and I knew our kittos were in good caring hands. We came home after being away for just over a week to a tidy home and happy kitties. I wouldn’t hesitate asking her to help us again.”

“Alex went above and beyond! Desi was immediately charmed. Alex also took her to the dog park, and communicated throughout the entire time. Will def be my first contact the next time i need a sitter. Thanks a million”

About: I've been pet-sitting since I was 10 years old. I grew up around dogs and farm animals, and have always loved taking care of them. I'm familiar with all type of breeds and energy levels. I am a voice teacher and singer, so my schedule is very flexible. I can work around almost anything and will be able to give consistent care if needed. Each animal is unique, and I pride myself on being able to adapt easily to new routines so that your fur baby can continue their day with little to no upsets.

“Erin took great care of our dog and cat! I received lots of updates and photos throughout the stay, and they were both happy when we got home. The house was also spotless when we arrived. We will definitely use Erin’s services again in the future!”

About: I have grown up around cats and Dogs all my life. My family has had two family Dogs and 3 cats-who were more so mine, but I still took special care of our Dogs :) If you look at my photos you will see a lot of our family Dog- Max! I love taking him out to the dog park to play with other dogs or taking it easy with him by my side sunbathing. Max and I love little outdoor adventures! And with your pup, we could go on an adventure too! Whether you want your dog to go for a stroll around the neighborhood or an extra-long walk around the park, I’m your girl! I work a full-time job 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday. I am an early bird and like to wake up extra early to go for a walk or workout before work. This time before work can also be used to take care of your beloved pet. After work, I am flexible as I currently do not live with any pets of my own or have any other major responsibilities. With this in mind, I have the time to perform more than just the necessities of animal care, but to play with and bond with your pet. When caring for pets I make sure to keep the environment safe. For example, if there is a dog who likes to chew on things he should not, I make sure doors remain closed to places he should not be/ I do not have a view of. I also make sure to keep the house exactly the way I entered it, as all items should be in their correct places, and any messes created should be documented and cleaned. When it comes to Dog walking, I make sure to walk at appropriate times. And if you want your dog to go for a walk in a park- I make sure to go to parks I am familiar with.

“I lucked out finding Kim at the last minute. She was able to take care of the dog with a two day notice which was amazing. She kept me updated throughout the stay and even left me a note at the end that wrapped everything up so that I didn’t have any questions about how it went. I would most certainly recommend her but also book her again myself. I’ll already Recommended her to neighbors and friends.”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds. Since I was a teenager, I’ve provided dog-sitting services for friends and family, gaining valuable experience with everything from crate training to administering medication for pets with medical needs. I’ve cared for dogs with mobility challenges and understand the patience and compassion they require. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a senior dog needing extra support, I’m comfortable and confident in providing attentive care. As a retired teacher, I have a very flexible schedule, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the dogs in my care. Being retired gives me the flexibility to fully dedicate time each day to caring for pets—whether it’s going on walks, feeding, playing, or simply offering companionship. I truly enjoy building routines that help pets feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for. For client home sitting, I’m happy to care for pets in the comfort of their own surroundings, with a preference for homes located throughout the greater Sarasota area, including the islands. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, loving environment alongside my own friendly golden retriever and two healthy, well-socialized cats, so visiting pets must be comfortable with other animals. My home features a fenced-in backyard, perfect for play and exercise, in a quiet family neighborhood in the heart of Sarasota. For client home sitting, I’m happy to care for pets in the comfort of their own surroundings, with a preference for homes located throughout the greater Sarasota area, including the islands.

“Ian was a fantastic sitter! I had him stay at my house since my puppy had just gotten spayed and wasn’t used to being alone — he did a tremendous job! He was communicative, respectful and followed all the instructions closely. He was also flexible with pick up and drop off since it changed a couple of times and my pup immediately liked him ? I will definitely use him in the future and will tell all my local friends about him as well!”

About: I’ve taken care of furry friends since I was 14. I was raised around cats and dogs since I was a little girl and have grown to love caring for and getting to know all sorts of furry friends. I’ve been able to develop skills in befriending and caring for even the most skittish of pets. I do work full time, but my job has flexible hours in which I would be able to spend the afternoons and evenings with your pets. I have plenty of experience with all sorts of pets, from skittish, to the friendliest of furry friends. Within your home I would be able to quickly adapt to their routine and understand what their needs would be, whether it is playtime before bed, or if it’s a little snuggle on the couch.

“Michaela took great care of my babies while I was away for the weekend! I had to tell her the day she was arriving that one of my dogs needed meds as a result of an appt that morning and she happily administered her meds! She sent photos and updates and I never worried about their care while I was away. I’ll definitely be using Michaela for future services.”

“Sara was a great, loving partner for our Wheaton Terrier while we were away. She communicated regularly and administered ear drops for an ear infection diagnosed right before our departure. I highly recommend her.”
