One of my dogs is usually scared of almost everyone, but he warmed up to Michael so quickly, which says a lot. You can tell he genuinely cares, is patient, and really understands dogs and their different personalities. I truly feel comfortable and at ease knowing my dogs are with him. Highly recommend!”
