About: Responsible pet sitter with over 20 years experience. My husband 3 children and I run a small homestead. We have our family dog Penny and we raise holland lop bunnies. I have experience with small and large livestock. And have Volunteered time fostering dogs for PAWS in state college. I have experience with and assisting the delivery of animals, administering medications, following specific feeding schedules, and providing companionship and exercise. I’m a stay at home mom with 3 children. We do go to church on Sunday's. We would be gone Sunday's for about 3 hours in total. Unless it’s soccer season we are home! We have a fenced in front yard and our back yard leads into the woods. We spend a majority of our summer days outside. We live in a 2 story home, pets will be on the main floor in our home. Our stairs have gates for the bottom and top. Our animals are welcome on the couch but if this is a no no for you we will respect that. Our dog Penny is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night.

About: I’ve had all ages of dogs in my home. From newborn puppies to elderly. Lots of experience with small to medium size dogs. Experience with cats too. I will dote on your fur baby as much as I do my very own. For the time being my flexible schedule allows me the ability to be readily available to care for your pet. Weekend availability is high. Available for sporadic drop ins during the week. Keeping your four legged friend as comfortable as possible in their home environment is my top priority. While your away your pet’s routine need not be interrupted.

No one knows your dog better than you do, so it's always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I'm a welcome presence here to make friends, and I'm sure we'll be best buddies in no time at all. I know how difficult it is to be away from your best friend, so communication is the name of my game. Although I'm unable to watch your pups at my home, I'll make sure they're safe at yours! I make sure I understand the pups needs, routine, and any specific care instructions provided by you, the owner. This includes feeding, providing fresh water, ensuring their environment is safe and clean, exercising them, and administering medications or treatments if required.

I have had 7 years prior experience with dogs and am a certified behavior trainer from the Middleburg Humane Foundation. I am honest,on time and respectful.
