About: I have always had dogs and cats in my family and have been pet sitting for my family and friends since moving to Georgia over 25 years ago. Now I'm retired and have lots of time on my hands to help out other pet owners. I'm available in the Douglasville, Lithia Springs area 7 days a week 7 am - 10 pm. I may also be available for same day visits if your in a pinch. I provide the following services in your home for cats and dogs: feeding, walking, playtime (inside or outside) liter cleanout as well as medications if necessary.

“Leylah was a blessing to our family! She was so attentive and playful with our dog. We will definitely use her again in future! I would give her six stars if I could!!”

“Aimee is amazing! She takes such great care of our pets and always keeps us updated so we can relax while we’re away. We’re so grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.”

“Petra did an awesome job with our pups. As this was our first experience together, she came by a couple of times before our scheduled day so that she was totally familiar with Daisy and Chico's routine. She showed great empathy toward Daisy, who experiences great anxiety during rain events. She put the TV on for her in hopes some of the noice would be a bit of distraction. All in all the pups were well cared for, received all medications and seemed generally happy when we returned”

About: I have spent my whole life surrounded by both cats and dogs and am very comfortable taking care of both. Availability dependant on class schedule. I am currently going to college full-time, and will do my best to fit your pet's needs into my class schedule. Please contact for availability. I am ready to put to use all of my experience with preparedness and emergency prevention as well as any specific instructions given to me.
“She’s awesome! Second time we have asked her to come help and she Always does an amazing job visiting our fur babies. Next time we need help, I’m asking for her again. 100%”

About: I’ve been pet/house sitting for the last couple of years. The most animals I’ve worked with at one time is 4. I’m great with a schedule if your pet needs it. I love all pets and I can’t wait to get to know yours! I’m available most of the time I’m not working right now so the only time I won’t be free are for personal matters. I am looking for new work so this may change. I have worked with both larger and smaller dogs. If they are still working in training I can continue to work with them on what they know. I have helped train in the past but I haven’t done any primary training myself.
About: I’ve cared for pets since I was a little girl! I’ve always been the primary care taker for the animals in my home, even as a child. My love for animals is unmatched! Whether it be dogs, cats, turtles, lizards.. I love them all. I am the go-to pet sitter for all of my friends and family and have been since I was old enough to drive. I am always reliable, have a pretty flexible schedule, and I love to help. I work from home, and create my own schedule, allowing me to have more time to dedicate to giving your pets all the attention they need. I love to be active, and have fun!! I currently work fully remote, so I have plenty of time to check-in or spend extended time with your pets! I love being active and going for walks so it works out perfectly for me, regardless the time of day. I am very respectful of people’s home, as I used to work as an in-home therapist. I’m respectful of boundaries and I know my purpose for entering someone’s home is to help out. I always ensure I follow instructions to a T and make my clients feel as comfortable as possible with me in their homes.

“Valeria has done such a good job looking after our kitty cats. She is punctual, dependable and caring. You can tell that she really loves animals. We definitely plan to use her servuces again.”

“My wife and I practically consider Linque a part of the family! She's watched our 2 cats and 2 dogs, 7 times now, and 3 of those times were two-or three-week spans. Our pets love her and so do we. She watered our plants, put out our garbage and took care of our babies perfectly. We trust her with our 4 fur babies even more than our own family. She has gone over and above our expectations every time and we can not say enough wonderful things about her. She gave us twice daily reports with photos and videos and makes us feel comfortable enough to enjoy our trips. We even had a water main break this last time and she was the first to notify us, and the sheriff's office. You will not find a better petsitter anywhere.”

“Cara was great and she did well even though Sammy was very shy and spent each visit under the bed. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and reliable sitter.”

About: Hello! My name is Jackie. I have been surrounded by animals all my life. I am 25 years old. I got into more experience with handling animals around 15 years of age. I’ve fostered four litters of kittens while finding them new homes. I have experience with bottle feeding. I have looked after friends and family’s dogs as well. I’ve taken dogs for walks, bathed them and other necessary things they needed such as medications. I would like to provide you with the comfort of knowing that your pet is in good, loving care! Pet care fits well into my routine because I currently attend school only twice a week. This allows me to have a flexible schedule for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I’m able to plan my days around the pets I’m caring for to make sure they receive consistent attention, exercise, and care throughout the day. Even on school days, I make sure to schedule visits and check-ins so pets stay on their normal routine. My goal is to keep pets comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I provide walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention while making sure they feel safe and relaxed in their own environment. I currently care for pets in the client’s home through drop-ins, walks, or house sitting and do not bring pets into my own home. I always send updates and photos so owners know their pets are doing well.
About: Have a cat or a small dog that needs to be taken care of? We’ll you’re in luck because that’s what I’m here to do! I have three cats that bring me incomprehensible joy. I will look after your animals the way that I look after my cats; with attention, and understanding. This is my full time gig. I’m a musician, and getting ready to go on tour in March. So if you book me, you’re helping me fund my tour. I understand that a new person in a pets environment can be stressful. I will be a guest in your home, and a guest to your pet. I will be respectful to your pet, and befriend them in your absence.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Kellogg. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
