About: As an active, playful person myself, I want to give your dog a space to get some wiggles out and enjoy the day, rain or shine. I’m an ELA teacher on summer break, and I’d love to spend time walking and caring for your dogs during the hours I’d normally be teaching. As a human being who values quiet as well as activity, my priority is making sure your dog feels at peace around me as we spend time together and find adventure on our walks. My dog loves to sit by me on the floor for a while after getting back from a good walk :) I also focus on making sure I maintain the rhythms and routines to which your pet is already accustomed, giving them a safe space even with someone new to their life.

About: I have always grown up with pets, from dogs to rodents I’ve always had some fur little friend in my life. I adore being able to make a pets life more enjoyable and bright, whether that means going out and about or being a couch potato, I want to be there. I just recently got accepted to a master program at Notre Dame (crazy excited), due to that I have class from eight to noon Monday through Thursday and for the month of August and partially into September. I will have a Friday class however most afternoons I should be free and if not, I will always work with my schedule and your schedule to find the best time that works to see your pets! I personally love having a directions list, something that I can follow to keep both your mind and my mind at peace knowing that what is written down will make sure that you pet will be safe and still have a good time. I would also love to be able to meet you and your pet before any bookings so that both you and your pet feel comfortable with who I am!

About: Dogs are a part of my soul and will be well cared for. Including walks, playtime, food, water and a doggy door. I cannot wait to meet your pup. I am a stay at home dog Mom. I am always available unless I am running errands. I do 2 meals a day and walk in the afternoon. My pets rule the roost. I will take care of your pets as if they are my own. Also, if I am in your home I will be respectful as if it is my own.

About: I have many years of experience with household animals, family/friends pets, and various types! I am fluid with service animals as well as with animals requiring special care needs! I am currently open to job opportunities and have a pretty flexible schedule for the foreseeable future. I currently have a 14 year old maltese boy Unless specified otherwise, feedings are routine and scheduled based. Any medicines that need to be administered are taken care of. I have a big backyard, unfenced but have space to let pets out and roam on a long leash.

About: I grew up with animals- my dad raised and bred dogs professionally, and my brother and I helped by taking care of puppies. We also had our house dog and I had cats. Since then, I have raised many dogs, cats, and bunnies. Currently my husband and I live by ourselves and travel a lot so we do not have our own pets, but I miss having animals around and would enjoy helping take care of others’ pets. We have a calm, clean, and happy home. We love animals so much, we are both vegan as well. Your pet will be in the best care! I work from home primarily, sometimes teaching yoga classes in the public space. I also do massage nearby occasionally. My husband is home most of the time as well. We care for pets just as we would our own. We walk regularly and live near a large park and river walk. We are very well organized, and have also taken care of our many children throughout our lives!

About: I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs all throughout high school, specifically with families and working couples. I understand the importance pets have in the structure of any family, and it’s my pleasure to offer peace knowing your pet is being taken care of and loved while you’re away. I like meeting pets where they’re at, wether it’s running around a park with energetic Border Collies or lounging around with a chill cat. As a full time college student, I see my pets between classes, take care of them during my study breaks, and even bring them to my favorite study spots! I make sure that all their needs are met through any environment and situation. I never push them past what their owner has made clear they are comfortable with.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life—there has literally never been a time growing up when I didn't have a pet at home! On top of my lifelong hands-on experience, I spent all four years of high school volunteering weekly at a local animal shelter, dedicating about 8 hours a week to caring for both cats and dogs. I’d love to bring that same high level of care, patience, and love to your furry family members! I'm currently on summer break from the University of Notre Dame, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I work with the Boys and Girls Club as a Youth Development Professional seasonally. I value safety over anything and will keep a close eye on your pets as much as requested. I understand what can happen if an animal is left alone for too long, and will ensure that your animals are safe and protected.

She usually takes a while to warm up to new people but met heather the first day and loved her. My oldest girl Nana is a big love bug so she of course had to be all over her the first day she met her. About: I have a bernidoodle of my own, and I have dog-sat for other family members and neighbors. I am comfortable with all dog breeds and sizes. I am currently on summer break from college. I will be available for drop-in visits and walks any day during the week and weekends after 10 am. My schedule is very flexible, and I am open to schedule changes and to taking on multiple dogs. When caring for pets in a client's home, I treat their home with respect and follow their pet's normal routine as closely as possible. During visits, I'll make sure your dog gets plenty of time outside for potty breaks, exercise, and fresh air, along with lots of attention. I have a dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. I'll always follow your instructions and make sure your dog is happy and well looked after.

About: My family always had a pet dog. As a kid I would feed and walk dogs in the neighborhood while they were out of town. As I grew older I would stay at family or friend's homes if they went out of town. I'm in search of a similar situation in South Bend - dog walking and light housework included! Weekdays I can stop in and let the dog(s) out for bathroom breaks. On weekends/evenings I can stay at your home so that the dog is familiar and will make myself available 100% during that time. I prefer to stay or drop in to my client's home. I find that the dog is more familiar/comfortable this way too. I am happy to do a test run so that everyone feels comfortable/familiar!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life. I’ve potty trained them, taught them how to walk with a leash, taught them tricks like sit stay and say your prayers, and too many to say. I will spoil your fur babies like I do mine. You would never have any worries while you’re away they will be in good hands. I love and enjoy being around dogs and or cats. I’d send you videos and or pictures of your fur baby. Some owners have their fur babies on a schedule if so I will do the same. if there is a park nearby I’d probably take them there. But first I would ask the owner what they would like me to do sense it is their pet. I'm retired so I'm flexible. My routine is the fur babies routine. I'd like to keep it that way for them, so I would need to know. I have a fenced in yard, not big for big dogs tho. They will be fed, played with and cuddled. If they need to be caged I have a large one for their comfort.
