About: I have 5 animals at home (3 cats & 2 dogs) that i love dearly and consider my children. I have had all my animals since they were babies, so I am comfortable with puppies and kittens. I am comfortable and have experience with giving medicine as well, if needed. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to coordinate drop ins or walks at just about any time of the day. I have raised all my animals since they were babies, so I am comfortable with working with whatever routine your animals are in (ie. leash training, crate training).

About: I have been working with animals for the last ten years. Started working in dog daycares and moved my way up to vet medicine where i now am a vet technician. I am patient and understanding to all pets personalities and ages. I am currently working 3 days a week on a specialty service at a veterinary hospital. My weekends are typically free and I would love to fill the time with your furry loved ones. Will be very respectful of your home and make giving your sweet boy or girl my devoted attention. Back yard fence in play is great but leash walks are also great!

I’m also patient with puppies who need consistency and routine. Being gentle with senior dogs who may need extra attention, slower paced care, or administration of medication during my visit. My goal is to help every pet feel at home and give owners peace of mind. I am working toward a long term career in animal care and value every opportunity to build experience while giving pets the compassionate attention they deserve. My weekday schedule is very flexible allowing me to accommodate a variety of care needs. My weekend schedule has some flexible availability as well. Meeting with you and your pets are a requirement before I can provide my services. I believe safety and trust are a crucial part to our professional relationship. When caring for pets in your home I do my best to keep their routine consistent so they feel safe and happy. I will provide updates and communication during my time with them, in addition to leaving your home in the same condition as when I arrived.

About: Just getting back with Rover and would love to care for your pup(s) overnight or provide doggy day care in my non-smoking Colchester, VT home. I've been boarding dogs in my home for 9 years. There are no children in my home and is female-only occupied. I offer a fully-fenced grassy yard and I am home all day. In addition to lots of play in the yard I like to take them to the dog park (weather permitting). Dogs can come in and out of the dog doors into the fenced yard as they wish during the day-or I let them in and out if they are not accustomed to dog doors. I am always close-by and very safety oriented and provide lots of attention. When indoors, the pups spend time playing with me and my dog, enjoying dog toys, napping on dog beds day and night (or in a crate if you prefer). Recent references provided at the meet 'n greet we'll schedule prior to boarding so you can check things out and ask questions. I am home all day and pups boarding with me have 24-hr care. I am up early and they are fed according to their individual needs. They can the play outside or inside as they wish, coming in and out of dog doors to fenced yard, or my letting them in and out if they aren't used to dog doors. They have final potty breaks in the evening and then inside for the night. Non-smoking, non-drinking responsible home. There are no children in my adult, female-occupied home. I have a fully-fenced, grassy yard and a cozy, peaceful indoor environment. I only have up to 3 dogs in my home at a time. Frequent play, treats and toys provided.

About: Hi! My name is Grace, and I’m a big time animal lover! I’ve had experience taking care of cats and dogs. I grew up with a cockapoo named Millie and a cat named Maggie and have always had a special connection to animals, dogs and cats in particular. I’m quite an active person, so I’ll be able to take your dog on a speed walk, but I’m also very patient if your dog prefers leisurely walks! I have Sundays and Mondays off of work, and I work the rest of the days so am not as available. Tuesday mornings before 10 am are available for me. I work a full-time 40 hr. a week job that is about an hour away from my house, so I’m only available to pet sit on days I have off, which are Sundays and Mondays. I am also available Tuesday mornings before 10 am I do not offer pet sitting in my own house, but in my client’s house I will make sure to follow the pet care instructions given to me to the T! I’m a very detail oriented person. I also love meeting new pets, and will make them feel as comfortable as possible by introducing myself slowly and in a friendly way.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals, since growing up on a dairy farm in Charlotte, VT. I love dogs and finally have one of my own, and Austrailian Shepard, he happily plays with all dogs and enjoys off lease pack walks at local areas. I do overnight, day boarding, and pick up to play. I'm very flexible and happy to work at a short notice. I work from home and have my own business that gives the flexibility to work around my dogs schedule. I have a fenced in yard, along with a park right next door. Not only will they be mostly outside while they are here, they will get plenty of exercise and down time if needed.

“Erica is fantastic! This was our first time using a pet sitting service and we were nervous, but Erica quickly put our minds at ease. She came over before the booking to meet our cat, Gilbert, and they immediately clicked. She is clearly a pet-person. We booked Erica for a week of drop-in visits while we were away on vacation. She was punctual and a great communicator, sending pictures of our fur baby each day. There was a major snowstorm and 12+ hour power outage while we were away, and Erica went above and beyond to communicate with us and make sure Gilbert’s needs were met. She even shoveled our walkway! We highly recommend Erica and will definitely book with her again.”

About: I've helped take care of dogs ever since I was five years old. I was relied on in my family to feed, walk, and give emotion care to our various dogs over the years. I've helped to take care of small dogs and very large dogs. I currently work as a middle school teacher, so I would be available to take care of your dog in the evenings and on the weekends. I have a large shared backyard that could be used to throw a ball of frisbee with dogs. My house is close to the Burlington Bike Path which would allow for easy access to walk. My apartment is also spacious enough for your pet to be able to roam or big enough to accommodate a crate if needed.

About: I’ve worked with dogs on and off for years but have had dogs all of my life. I have given played with big packs of pups and done solo play times as well. I have a flexible schedule that will let me have more availability for your fluffy friends to get out and play and exercise. I’m looking for a long term dog caring commitment to start off my new year. I am not able to do home care ( in my home) at this time. I do have two wonderful dogs who love to have play dates at puppy parks and go for long walks.

About: I love working with dogs, the most! Pre-Covid I worked at a dog daycare for a year and those work days felt like my days off. There, I gained experience with all kinds of breeds and behaviors of dogs and got to love every one of them as they were my own. I don't do training but would be happy to reinforce learned tricks and commands that they already have experience with! currently caring for a newborn and off of my full-time employment. baby would join me in dog walks and drop ins. when returning to work i’m out early afternoon for those doggies needing a midday potty or visit would love to work with a couple of families closely to offer routine to your pet with consistent visits and care. I’m no longer offering services in my own home.
