My day is filled with a very active toddler and I am currently self employed and a stay at home dad so pet care fits in to a very flexible schedule.

Although right now I cannot have other dogs come to my home I have no problem checking in on pets in other peoples homes. Very good about checking in for potty breaks, play time and walks if necessary.

I would like to know their temperament as some can be finicky around different people. For example, my mother in laws mastiff doesn’t like hats. So any small details like that would be appreciated. Also, knowing if the dog is a rescue would be good as I’ve been around some very skiddish dogs that have been rescued from bad situations and some have just not warmed up to me.

I love going for walks (weather permitting) and having plenty of play time. Some cuddles and attention are also important to incorporate as well/as needed.

I have a wonderful 8 year old Cane Corso at home who is very sweet and a great family dog. As for animal caretaking I have dropped in for check-ins, walks and bathroom breaks and have had many overnights with a range of animal sizes and temperaments from Mastiffs to puppies. I have house sat for friends and bosses several times for up to a week at a time. My schedule is flexible and I love getting to know new animals and owners as well.

Ben is a great caregiver for our 2 German Shorthair dogs. They seemed very content when we arrived home after leaving them in his care. He appears to get along with them quite well. He took care of our bird as well. Having him stay with our pets worked out very well.
Ben just completed a 6 day house sitting stint for my 3 pets, 1 cat and 2 dogs. I came home to some happy, well cared for fur babies! Ben has proved himself to be a very reliable and conscientious caretaker of both my home and my animals. I could not ve more pleased.
Ben as always did an excellent job with my pets. Thanks again Ben for all your help this year!
