About: I have over twenty years experience caring for not only dogs: but also speciality animals such as horses and reptiles. I have a vet assisting degree, and security experience. I am familiar with licensing and bonding, animal behavior and various medications - including but not limited to insulin injections, and I am licensed with the state of IL to practice security. Not only am I reliable, but I am an experieneced and safe option while you’re away. I live on a five acre farm with horses, cats, dogs, and other various animals. I believe animals are family. I have a section of the house for cats, and one for dogs. The cats have access to the dog room, but can easily be cut off from entrance. My home, and habits, are very safe and organized. I work and network with my husband and family. There is always someone available! All animals are considered family to us! Please take special note that when booking for you animal companions to stay at our home, we are not a boarding center, we are a personal home setting. In order to ensure the best success with this arrangement, a visit to your home where your dog is comfortable and not stressed is required before visiting our place of residence. This gives us important insight on your animals natural behaviors to ensure the best action/sitting experience not only for us - but especially for your animals. I have plenty of time for your pups and their specific needs/routines. We cater to every animal as if they were our own, and understand each one is special and different. We have a double fenced yard, with lots of open space indoors and out. Extra crates and or farm house furniture for your pets needs.

About: I currently have two dogs and experience with all types and breeds. I work from home and take the dogs for walks/runs on Gearhart beach. I am a very attentive dog mom. I have experience with dog medications, wound car, injections, tick removal. I work from home and am very attentive to dogs and ensuring they are well cared for. I regularly take dogs to the beach which is 1/2 a mile away and they run and play. I have two friendly dogs and a large, but unfenced, yard. Dogs have free reign in the house and can use the furniture and beds.

About: My childhood dream was always to be a Veterinarian and to work with animals. I now have over 15 years of veterinary and animal shelter/foster care experience. I love animals of all types and sizes! From small pocket critters: birds, rabbits, lizards, and snakes, to cats, dogs, pigs, cows, horses and so many more! I own my own business as an American Sign Language Interpreter, I am Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing friendly :) I have an open and flexibile schedule for all of your pet care needs. With past grooming and medical care experience I can help with any special needs loved ones have and offer lots of extra services such as: administering medications (pills, ointments, injections) baths, brushing, nail trims, cleaning ears, anal glands, brushing teeth etc. I'm very comfortable with young that need bottle feedings, medically ill and our very loved seniors and geriatric family members. My family is big! Consisting of 2 cats (a black domestic boy, Zoe,16 years old and a mixed snow shoe/ragdoll, Sid, is 12) and 2 dogs (a Bull Mastiff, Sage, is almost 9 years old and a year old mastiff puppy names Stella Beam). We've recently lost our 16 year old tabby, Suka, and our 11 year old German shepherd, Copper in the last 2 years. About: I’ve worked with cats and dogs from all walks of life. I have a wide range of experience from working for an amazing rescue called Canine Connections and personal experience. Canine Connections rescue is a program within the Washington state juvenile institution that teaches the juvenile residents how to care for and work with cats and dogs. I was an employee and ran this program within the juvenile institution. We would take in puppies/dogs from local humane societies to train them generalized life skills, walking skills, and take complete care of multiple dogs at one time. We worked with dogs of all different sizes, ages, and breeds so during the training it was important to determine target behavior that the individual dogs would need to succeed in their future furever home. The puppies/dogs would be posted for adoption once they’ve gone through the program and training. I have experience with all types of handling equipment (front/back harnesses, gentle leader, prong, etc.), walking skills/basic obedience training, and the everyday care of dogs who are timid with people and/or other animals to very excited and distracted dogs. We trained dogs with positive reinforcement, which includes a lot of patience and treats, and taking the time to learn what the dogs strengths and weaknesses are to be successful. We also had a program that socialized and cared for cats and kittens while they waited to be adopted. I realized that I have a passion for working with animals, and I would love to continue in this field since I recently moved to this area for my new chapter in life. My friends and family have come to me over the years to assist with problem behaviors and care for their pets. I have 3 dogs of my own that are apart of my family, they are 2 pugs and a Newfoundland so I have years of personal experience working with small and large dogs. I have a lot of experience working with my own dogs and in a kennel that requires 24/7 care. I am experienced with walking and training dogs, and I also love to just hang out with an animal for their entertainment (if you find yourself talking to your pet like a human then I’m the perfect person for you - I’m pretty sure my pups can understand everything I say to them & they talk back in their own way). I have dealt with animals who eat anything that’s up for grabs to a very specific diet. I understand the importance of routine for our animals and will respect what you need for your pet. For special care - If you need to make a very detailed list I would love for you to share with me and know it will be followed. I am comfortable and familiar with oral medications from puppies/dogs at the rescue I worked at and dogs of my own. My pugs are higher maintenance so I am familiar with medications administered by mouth, ears, and eyes. I also love to brush and maintain animals fur/coats, it is really a good way to bond if your animal is comfortable with it. I am currently going through a grooming course, and I have experience of my own from my personal dogs and working with puppies/dogs at the rescue. This includes working with animals that do not like or are new to grooming. I am mainly experienced with simple brushing and bathing, so I will stick to that level for now and I hope to be a groomer in the future once I’ve gone through my course and gained experience. You don’t have to worry about coming home to a fresh bob cut on your pet, luckily I have dogs of my own to practice on for now! I grew up with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I’ve spent years helping out neighbors by watching their pets while they were away. Recently, I lost my soul dog, and while I’m not quite ready to adopt again, spending time with other people’s pets fills my heart in a way that’s hard to describe. Other than that, I am not working right now so this gives me the opportunity to have a lot of free time! I can complete my school work from anywhere with my laptop. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and creating a safe, loving space for them is something I take seriously. I live on 10 acres of private property, giving your dog plenty of room to explore in a peaceful, secure environment. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I care for each dog as if they were my own—offering calm companionship, routine, and individualized attention. I can easily accommodate crate-trained pups or provide a cozy space for rest, and I always follow your preferences to ensure your pet feels safe and loved while you’re away.

I raised her while going to school for my certification from 12 weeks old. I practice positive reinforcement with balanced training. We work hard and play harder, and love an active lifestyle. I'm a stay at home mom and I've got alot of time to love on more than my own animal and child. I like to stay busy. 7 days a week, 9am-9pm and weekends vary by need. Animals are family and treated as such in my home. They're given structure- taught manners, given time to play, to eat, to potty, to learn, and also to rest and just be themselves. I enjoy furry toddlers as much as I do my human children. I own a crate for those that are shy, and need security. Tons of toys, and I have a long lead which allows a dog (or cat) their freedom while still being leashed which is perfect for recall training as well as frolicking in the yard behind my apartment. I'll need to know if any client is sensitive around small children, as I have an infant. Animals must be up to date on vaccines, and rabies. Not open to intact pets over 2 years old.

About: I grew up taking care of animals since I was 10. I took care of all 6 of our dogs and trained them. Now I have a dog of my own and her obedience is skyrocketing. I get off work at 1pm on weekdays and have nothing better to do then want to be involved with fur babies. I love animals so much. I can do all the basic necessities of caring and handling a dog. I can crate a dog if needed i also know when a dog needs to be corrected and properly handling stressful situations.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since elementary school. Training horses and dogs has been my passion. Understanding dogs instincts and pack language helps me better serve their unique needs and personalities. My 35 years of animal care encompasses dog sitting, training, flying cross country on cabin with pup, breeding, and rearing physically and emotionally solid pups. I’ve ventured with my 4-legged buddies on hikes, walks, beach trips, long car drives, hotel stays, retirement homes, schools, river floats, horse rides, ranch work, and river walks. Living in the beautiful PNW there’s always fun to have with our pooches! I’m a work at home mom with four children and a beautiful tribe of animal, loving people. Kids and animals have routines to thrive. There’s always someone home to be with the dogs so no fur babe left behind on our watch. We go places the dogs can ride with us. Exploring the logging roads and nature walks are everyone’s favorite. Fenced yard and doggo doors allow for in and out as they please while at home. Routine starts with breakfast. Then it’s playtime with the kids while farm chores take place. If your dog eats 3x a day we’ll do lunch, more playtime, rest time since this is equally as important. Mental stimulation to stay sharp means using snuffle rugs, treat dispensers, hand feeding meals while reinforcing manners and obedience. My kids have a schedule and boundaries as do the animals giving everyone peace of mind.
