“Sue did an excellent job caring for my two cats while I was away for 2 days. She came twice a day to feed them and take of litter box duty. She sent great photos from each visit that illustrated the trust the cats developed in her during this short while. This was especially noteworthy because one of my two cats is very shy and cautious around new people. She played with them each visit either an interactive wand/feather toy, much to the delight of the shy cat in particular. Sue has excellent communication skills. I had a very good conversation with her prior to the sit that led me to believe she’d be a good fit for caring for my cats. I’d love to have her return in the future when I need short-term cat care again.”

About: I work from home 3 days a week, your pet will rarely be left alone. I can handle all types of breeds and can cater to their specific needs. We are a very active family who enjoys the outdoors and going on walks. Work 3 days a week from home, would rarely be left alone. Enjoy the outdoors so your pup will be able to go on many hikes, walks etc. and enjoy the comfort of our home. We don’t have a yard but have a 3 story town home with a large grass common space for dogs to run around. Nice walking trails within our neighborhood. Will go on at least 3 walks a day.

About: I am a certified veterinary technician with over 8 years emergency and specialty experience. I have worked primarily in critical care and the ICU with hospitalized patients. I love all animals and have experience with aggressive or sensitive dogs. I am very comfortable with any medical needs your pet may require. I have both dogs and cats. My dogs go out in my yard several times a day to potty and play. Both the cats and dogs are fed morning and night. I have 2 very friendly dogs who are great around other dogs of all kinds. I have kennels in my home for pets if wanted/needed. My pets are allowed on the bed and furniture. I also have cats that are very good with dogs as well. If the cats aren't comfortable with a dog they have their own area in the house separate from where any dogs can go.

About: I have 2 dogs of my own and have had at least one dog for the last 28 years. I've had a cat, fish, parrot, and Angora rabbits. I love to care for animals and create a happy life for them. I work full time but my schedule is very flexible. I understand those last minute emergencies in life come up. I work from home and sometimes travel with my RV (because I can take my dogs with me). :) I can come to your home. I have an Old English Sheepdog that I can bring with me if you would like to have another dog play with yours. I also enjoy training dogs basic commands and cool tricks. I can feed, water, help with aid items such as medication, baths, or brushing.

I am a student studying environmental science.I grew up around dogs on our family farm up north and later in our lovely home in Alameda and I have been dog sitting and house sitting for friends my whole life. I am a positive, upbeat and happy person which makes me great with pups of all sizes and personalities. I am also patient and I love being outdoors, so walking or running your dog is a perfect fit for me. I love having regulars as it allows me to get to know your dog on a more personal level and work with the owner to make sure all the pups needs are met. I will treat your dog as if it were my own, by the end of the walk/ sitting all parties included will be a little happier and a little healthier. I love to have recurring local walks or sittings. About: While I've grown up with dogs (from little to large breeds), I've an affinity and appreciation for all animals and am confident in my capacity to provide care, respectively. I understand how wonderfully special they are, offering unrivaled companionship, connection, and comfort; that they inspire joy and gratitude in our hearts through their individual character, play, and temperament. I'm currently available, working remotely with a pretty flexible schedule, to attend to your best friend, be it dog, cat, or kiddo's leopard gecko or rabbit. At this time, my kind, attentive, and consistent care extends exclusively to that in / around my clients' homes. I want you and your pet to feel the most at ease -- in that of a known and comfortable environment. I'm amenable and responsive to any instructions, preferences, and needs. Most recently, I cared for a two-year-old mini Golden Doodle (while housesitting in Northern California) that unexpectedly developed an unfortunate "hot spot". Through diligent communication with her owners (who were vacationing in Europe), we coordinated how best to proceed. This included several visits to a vet, where she also, as it turned out, had double ear infections. Treatment protocol required both topical and oral medications twice daily. I recorded an audio of the summary diagnosis from the vet and shared this with her humans, as well as regular updates and photos of the healing progress. Simultaneously, I was asked to move her to a balanced raw diet (like that of my own dog), and which required more effort but that was entirely inline with what I'm already accustomed.

About: Grew up with all kinds of dogs and cats. Love animals and they love me. I personally have 2 cats, and a golden retriever. Love going for hikes with my dog and would love to do the same with your dog too. I work in the Deer Valley area and would like to fill my Sundays with walking dogs or dropping in to feed the cat or whatever your pet needs. I check on all my animals daily and make sure they are fed, watered, loved and have all their needs met. I would do the same for your pet.

About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life! I’ve had 3 dogs in my life and 2 cats. I currently also take care of horses and donkeys. I am really good with animals. I have a dog and I take care of him, I take him out when he needs and I feed him breakfast and dinner! I try to take him on a walk everyday! I have a fenced yard and I always make sure the gates are closed. If I take my dog outside then I put him on his leash.

About: I would love and appreciate an opportunity to care for your pet while you're away. I had pets my entire life and love all furry critters (and non furry ones...I have a mild obsession with hairless cats). I will provide attentive care and treat your pets as my own. I don't usually keep animals locked up in crates (unless absolutely necessary), and feel comfortable with them roaming around the house. To ensure everyone’s safety, I do not watch more than one dog/cat at a time, unless they come from the same household and get along well. I love my condo and prefer to maintain its cleanliness and safety. For this reason, I prefer to host dogs that are potty trained and reasonably well-behaved (while understanding that everyone takes time to adjust) and do not bark excessively (I have to be mindful of my neighbors). I work remotely and have a ton of flexibility in my schedule throughout the day. This means your pet will never be left unattended. Your pet is my priority. My condo is cozy and calm. I can take your dog for short or long daily walks (depending on their needs). I am also happy to watch your dog in your space.

About: I have been with various rescue organizations for over 30 years. I have helped with adoptions, medical visits, home visits, shelter assessments, and events. I have rescued many animals with health issues and have extensive experience caring for more challenging animals. I am very active and love having dogs joining the fun. I currently have two senior dogs with reduced activity levels. I hike, bike, ski, SUP, and your furry friend can come along for these activities or chill on the couch with extra snuggles. My pets are all indoor dogs, well taken care of, and slightly spoiled. They have regular feeding, exercise, and medication schedules.
