About: Apart from having my own 4 year old Shiba (Kuma), I’ve grown up around tons of dogs. My mom has a german shepherd and a black lab! I used to volunteer at the Humane Society when I was in high school and I even got to foster my own! With having Kuma, my roommate has two cats that i’m absolutely in love with! As a college student, i’m majoring in Biology and i love learning about animals. I can’t wait to meet your dog! Since i’m in college, I have a pretty set schedule as of right now. I’m available all day on the weekends (including friday) and monday and wednesday after 5pm. On tuesdays and thursdays, i’m off around 7pm. Hopefully this isn’t confusing but i’m available most of the days, and all of the days in the evening. I think it’s very important for a dog to get their sunlight and exercise in so i’m happy to take them to a park or walk around the block or even just play with them in the backyard/home! I’m pretty good with routines and pick up on things quickly. I’m good with cleaning up after your pet, whether it’s their poop/pee of just making a mess. Whatever you need me to do, i’m glad to do it!

About: Dogs are our babies! They need so much love and attention. I absolutely love dogs, but in my current situation, I am not allowed to have one, so im hoping to live out my love for them through doing this. I have 2 kiddos, and would love to go on daily walks and the park often! I am working part time, but super flexible to hopefully fit your needs. I can do overnight especially for kittens and puppies! Otherwise I tend to be available all day Wednesday Thursday Saturday and Sunday. For house sitting, I would love to be able to bring my two kiddos with me if on the weekdays. I have a small apartment, so i am only able to care for small animals. I do have 2 kiddos and 2 cats who keep to themselves, but i do have a separate room I can set up if your pet needs their own space! If you have a dog I can watch for the day, we will most likely be outdoors at the park or out for a walk! If your pet had special needs, just let me know what they need and I got it! I understand trusting your fur babies with a stranger is a scary thing, i am more than happy to send pictures and updates if desired!

About: I've been taking care of animals all my life and couldn't imagine my life without their companionship. I love all animals and respect their boundaries. Over the past 39 years I've had 7 Basset Hounds and each one has had their own unique personality. For 20-years I volunteered for Basset Hound Rescue of Southern California as a supporter, transporter, foster, home inspector, and fur-ever home for ones that couldn't be re-homed. My experience ranges from newborn to an animal's final moments before crossing the rainbow bridge. I understand the patience and compassion needed for senior animals and animals with special needs. My husband and I work from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I do prefer advance notice so I can plan around my two dogs. Please provide clear instructions on your animal's routine and needs. My top priority is to provide the type of love and care your animal needs in order for them to have a stress free experience.

About: As a dog mom myself, my biggest issue was finding affordable & reliable care for my fur babies while im away from home… So it’s been my goal since October 2023 was to provide that service for other dog pawrents here on Kaua’i. I was previously raising Retrievers before I started pet sitting. But now dog sit full time, 7 days a week. I’m available about 300 days of the year. However I do book up very fast during Spring, Summer, Fall, & Winter break. So please reach out in advance. I will try my best to accommodate anyone. I’m located 8 minutes from the airport in a quiet, and safe neighborhood. I have a 6’ high vinyl fence surrounding my yard, & gates that are locked at all times. I’m able to take any pups AFTER 8AM, So please book the day prior if you’re needed services earlier than that. Each day I’m busy with atleast 1 to 5 dogs per day. Which vary between daycare pups & overnight boarding pups. Most of the dogs who come here are all weekly daycare dogs, repeat boarding dogs, or are monthly visitors. I care for my daycare and boarding pups in a pack environment. Where everyone interacts with each other based on activity levels or size. But if I feel your pup isn’t good with certain pups, that is fine as well and he/she will be able to stay separated. They’re able to roam free all day, except when I have to leave the house for an errand or go to bed. That’s when each dog needs to be in a secured place.. either crated on the patio or inside the house in the kitchen. Our daily schedule starts at 6:30am. The dogs are let out of their crates/the kitchen to go potty in the fenced yard. Then I’ll normally let them roam around for an hour or two till I prep their breakfast (just for the ones who eat twice). Then the dogs go back into their crates to rest their stomachs for 1 hour. During the day the dogs can interact and play with each other, rest on the patio, under the gazebo, or sunbathe in the yard. The dogs have free roam of the yard all day, except if I have to run an errand or when I go to bed around 11pm. That’s when they will be put into their individual crates/pens. I’m all about safety, & cleanliness. The gates are always locked for your pups safety, the yard is sanitized atleast 2x a day, and I always have an eye on the pups.

About: I have a few friends that travel often and I get to go see their dogs and take care of them. This includes playing, brushing, walking, and bathing :) The companionship and love between humans and man's best friends are priceless. I truly enjoy not only helping the owner, but caring for these beautiful creatures who care for us right back. I would be happy to travel to help with feeding and walking schedule. I have a whole lot of love to offer, and would be honored to help your family. I have no limitations on breeds or sizes. Usually the bigger the more cuddly. Thank you so much for your interest.
