About: We have raised all types of dogs. From working dogs to avalanche dogs. Even wolf dogs. I have been involved with dogs my whole life. They are part of our family I am around the house all day. I have different fenced areas for the dogs to play. I also have different apartments the dogs can stay in. But i prefer all the dogs live and eat and sleep around us. I go on 1-2 walks a day. The Back of our property is a fenced 1acre fruit forest we allow the dogs to sit on couches and we have multiple dog beds around the house.
About: Dogs are our babies! They need so much love and attention. I absolutely love dogs, but in my current situation, I am not allowed to have one, so im hoping to live out my love for them through doing this. I have 2 kiddos, and would love to go on daily walks and the park often! I am working part time, but super flexible to hopefully fit your needs. I can do overnight especially for kittens and puppies! Otherwise I tend to be available all day Wednesday Thursday Saturday and Sunday. For house sitting, I would love to be able to bring my two kiddos with me if on the weekdays. I have a small apartment, so i am only able to care for small animals. I do have 2 kiddos and 2 cats who keep to themselves, but i do have a separate room I can set up if your pet needs their own space! If you have a dog I can watch for the day, we will most likely be outdoors at the park or out for a walk! If your pet had special needs, just let me know what they need and I got it! I understand trusting your fur babies with a stranger is a scary thing, i am more than happy to send pictures and updates if desired!

It is so sweet to see a shy, scared dog learn how to relax and trust the world. I offer boarding for one dog at a time (or two dogs from the same household). I intentionally keep boarding small so your dog gets plenty of individual attention and doesn't have to compete with a house full of other dogs. I have a secure fenced yard and live in a wonderful, safe neighborhood that's great for daily walks. Your pup can enjoy the comforts of a home, outdoor time in the yard, and regular walks while receiving plenty of one-on-one attention. And I love to send photo updates to let you know your pup is dong great. I want boarding to feel less like a kennel and more like a stay with a friend who genuinely loves dogs. Whether you're a local heading out of town or visiting beautiful Kauaʻi and need someone you can trust with your pet while you explore the island, I'd be happy to help. I work from home and I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give each pet plenty of attention throughout the day without feeling rushed. I’m able to make time for walks, play, feeding, and lots of companionship, while still being home with your pet. Since I only board one dog at a time, I can give them plenty of one-on-one attention and make them feel right at home. For boarding, I only care for one dog at a time and have a secure fenced yard and a safe, quiet neighborhood for daily walks. I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible and make sure they have plenty of opportunities for exercise, play, relaxation, and companionship. For drop-in visits, I follow your instructions carefully and keep your pet’s routine and your home as you’ve left it. I’ll always prioritize your pet’s safety and comfort, and I’ll send photos and an update after each visit so you know how they’re doing.

About: As a dog mom myself, my biggest issue was finding affordable & reliable care for my fur babies while im away from home… So it’s been my goal since October 2023 was to provide that service for other dog pawrents here on Kaua’i. I was previously raising Retrievers before I started pet sitting. But now dog sit full time, 7 days a week. I’m available about 300 days of the year. However I do book up very fast during Spring, Summer, Fall, & Winter break. So please reach out in advance. I will try my best to accommodate anyone. I’m located 8 minutes from the airport in a quiet, and safe neighborhood. I have a 6’ high vinyl fence surrounding my yard, & gates that are locked at all times. I’m able to take any pups AFTER 8AM, So please book the day prior if you’re needed services earlier than that. Each day I’m busy with atleast 1 to 5 dogs per day. Which vary between daycare pups & overnight boarding pups. Most of the dogs who come here are all weekly daycare dogs, repeat boarding dogs, or are monthly visitors. I care for my daycare and boarding pups in a pack environment. Where everyone interacts with each other based on activity levels or size. But if I feel your pup isn’t good with certain pups, that is fine as well and he/she will be able to stay separated. They’re able to roam free all day, except when I have to leave the house for an errand or go to bed. That’s when each dog needs to be in a secured place.. either crated on the patio or inside the house in the kitchen. Our daily schedule starts at 6:30am. The dogs are let out of their crates/the kitchen to go potty in the fenced yard. Then I’ll normally let them roam around for an hour or two till I prep their breakfast (just for the ones who eat twice). Then the dogs go back into their crates to rest their stomachs for 1 hour. During the day the dogs can interact and play with each other, rest on the patio, under the gazebo, or sunbathe in the yard. The dogs have free roam of the yard all day, except if I have to run an errand or when I go to bed around 11pm. That’s when they will be put into their individual crates/pens. I’m all about safety, & cleanliness. The gates are always locked for your pups safety, the yard is sanitized atleast 2x a day, and I always have an eye on the pups.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
