“Wade is Absolutely an Amazing Person! Our dog, Kasey, immediately took to Wade with kisses and smiles. Kasey gladly bonded with Wade during activities of frisbee catching and more. Wade had Kasey overnight as his guest. Wade followed the feeding instructions perfectly. The next day, they played more activities in Wade's wonderful back yard that is near a beautiful creek and wooded area. The two went on a 5 mile hike later in the day. Kasey again stayed overnight with Wade. Upon pickup, Kasey was just smiling, wagging his tail, and obviously really enjoyed his stay with Wade. Wade deserves more than 5 stars. It's doggie "shangri-la" at Wade's.”

About: I am home a significant amount during the summer and can provide all the love you would if you were home with your own pet! I know it is difficult to leave them behind, and will make sure they have all the love they need. I am a caring, dog-loving person with children. Your pet will be treated like one of our own. I do have a friendly Golden Retriever who loves making new furry friends. As a teacher, I'm home all summer, so your dog will receive plenty of attention, playtime, companionship, and love throughout the day. I provide a safe, loving environment where your furry family member can feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. Days and times will vary August-June as we head back to school. Though I do not have a fenced in yard, I can provide ample yard space and wooded areas both behind and on the side of our home. I do live on a side country road and do not receive a ton of traffic. I will also walk or use a tie out as requested.

About: Being around dogs has been the foundation of my life since the age of 3. From caring for my own pets, helping our neighbor who bred collies, and caring for dogs while also caring for my patients at work as a home health occupational therapist, I feel like every pet is part of my family. My heart is full around any four legged friend and I strive to care for them, show them the deepest love, and teach them as I do my own children. It’s in my blood! I currently work as a home health OT with a flexible schedule during the day. I also have windows of time during the evenings and weekends to care for any pet. Teaching my sons responsibility and skills required to care well for animals are just an added bonus! I own my home with a large yard in the rear of the home. I’m also able to provide in-home boarding as I do not currently have a pet in the home. I also am able to offer drop-in services to address any home needs (mail, plant care, shoveling or vacation mowing), dog-walking, and light housework. Additional services like dog-walking upon request- let’s make your time away painless without concern at home.

“In all honesty we were panicking about leaving our boys. We have never left them with anyone but family and really didn’t know what to expect. However from the moment we dropped them with Amber and her amazing family we knew we didn’t have to worry anymore. She, her husband and kids were absolutely fantastic!! They took care of them as if they were their own, they kept us updated daily with pictures and tales of their adventures from each day and really put our minds at ease. I don’t think the dogs really wanted to leave and come back to us lol!! I would give them 10 stars if I could and will take our boys there every time we have to go anywhere!! About: Ive taken care of dogs every size. teaching new tricks, going on walks, and ice cream is something I enjoy doing with a fur baby I currently work full time night shift. I work 12 hrs shifts so my other 4 days during the week are open to helping other animal lovers with their babies. Because without the help I receive on my work days I would b very stressed. I have an unfunded yard but I love going on walks. Me and my dog ( henny) are always going hiking, fishing, to the dog park, or just out for a car ride. Henny loves all dogs and has lots of energy to play.

About: I've been a pet sitter for about 15 years. My german shepherd came into my life 7 years ago which gave me another view of pet care experience. I have worked with and cared for dogs with anxiety, fear, aggression, and in need of extra cognitive stimulation. Okay with giving meds and teaching tricks. Currently, I'm working nursing shifts as needed, with running errands on my days off. I'm more often available than not and have flexibility to work around others schedule. I have a back door doggy door that leads into a fenced in back yard (approx half an acre). I also live in a small neighborhood (very little traffic) with about a mile loop for walks. My military and nursing experience makes me very type A. Everything is always clean, tidy, and on time.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. We currently have a goldendoodle named Charlie who is our whole world. I love all animals and promise to go above and beyond to meet their needs. I work part time two days a week. I am home full time the other five days of the week. I may or may not accept bookings on the days that I work depending on the needs you are looking for. We currently have a goldendoodle named Charlie! We do have a toddler present in the home with a baby on the way as well. Asking that all dogs you are seeking care for are good with other dogs and small children.
