As soon as I met Jodi, all my anxiety went away. Her vibe was amazing. I knew I made the right choice. Her communication with us was great ahead of time, and her communication with us while Browser was with her was great. Lots of fun pictures. She asked all the right questions about taking care of him. She was very flexible with our schedule. Browser went to Jodi for 2 days. We picked him up and he was clearly happy, and when we dropped him off the next day he ran to her. Jodi made our trip so much fun because I knew Browser was having fun and well cared for. About: I have had either cats or dogs most of my life and always am the one trying to pet any dog I see when I’m out and about, of course with pet parent’s permission. Anytime a family member or friend needs someone to watch their pup I am there go to fur baby caretaker. I currently have an 8 year old cat I rescued and a 5 year old male dog named Buddy. They are best friends. Buddy loves other dogs and loves to play. I work full time during the week with weekends off. I work remote at home Monday, Tuesday and Friday giving me the most freedom for boarding and day care. Most Wednesdays I am home by 2-3 and Thursdays by 5. I have a large yard for your pup to play in but it is not fenced. My dog Buddy loves to play with other dogs and when he has company I always am outside with them. I allow pets on my couches or they can cozy up in their own bed if you would like to bring. If your dog needs to be leashed or walked I can certainly accommodate that. Buddy and I often take walks ourselves.

About: I have 2 cats and 3 dogs myself, and will treat yours like one of my own. I have experience living with every breed of dog from husky, to pitbull, to cockapoo, to chocolate lab, and currently have a German Sheppard as well as 2 Mini Australian Sheppards. I work from home as an engineer, and my work hours are pretty flexible as a result of that. Im conveniently located on Rt 7a! My typical day ends around 3:30 so I have plenty of time in the evening for your pup! Watch it as my own dog & burn some of that energy! I have experience with e-collars and walking dogs on a leash. Some days I will be accompanied by my dogs to help keep your dogs company - with your permission.

About: My love for animals began early on once I rescued my first childhood pet. Throughout my life I have walked and taken care of animals however, my love grew insurmountably when I rescued my first dog (Gordy) myself. Gordy and I loved walking, hiking, going on adventures, and snuggling. Unfortunately, in November 2024 he was diagnosed with a variety of complicated health problems and passed away in April 2025. That journey led me have experience in handling diabetic dogs (giving insulin, being aware of behavioral changes, and giving medication). I also have some experience/knowledge in dog training as Gordy was a canine good citizen. I am acutely aware of how to successfully walk and handle hyperactive pups and love to provide other enriching activities. I am communicative and love interacting with both dogs and humans and I find it important to gain the trust of you as I know all too well how much your pup means to you. I am a licensed mental health counselor who currently works primarily at home. I have a flexible schedule allowing plenty time for a good walk and enrichment while also providing appropriate downtime and attention. While I do live in an apartment, I have access to a number of parks in the Troy area while also willing to travel to surrounding areas for more fun.

About: Its been 3 years since I’ve last been on Rover due to having a small child so I’m starting out on here all over again ☺️ My daughter is in school and camp now so I have time to help owners who don’t have a flexible schedule make sure their loved animals are taken care of. I have a big dog of my own who stays in the yard most the day or on the couch! He plays great with other dogs & is also a lover. I am a free spirt. I love hiking , trails, or just walking in the neighborhood. I offer hair brushing, bathing animals, nail clipping/grinding, and can brush their teeth if needed. I love taking dogs swimming at lakes and streams, running, and exercising animals are also some other fun things I offer. I’m full of energy & love animals- my favorite animals are horses & dogs. I am a self employed hairstylist so I have time to help since I make my own work schedules. Since I do not have a set work schedule if my services are needed for longer visits I can definitely make that happen. I’m able to start today or tomorrow and am very excited to help with your little family members 🐶🐱Thank you very much Ali Gant I am self employed so my hours are very flexible. I can also run home fast or to your house anytime to let an animal out for their feeding or walk. I have a safe environment and work on safety in others homes. The collar and leash will be put on before the front door opens so no running out the door is possible. Practice sitting before the door opens is a positive start to any walk.

About: Hello! I (Mellysa) have 14 years of veterinary specialty and emergency hospital experience as well as fostering and pet sitting. Prior to that I grew up in 4H and was responsible for farm animals from large animals like cows, horses, pigs, sheep to chickens and peacocks and other fowl. My partner (Chris) and I work together petsitting and own an online business as well. We specialize in patients that have extra needs or need to have medications or treatments administered, but love healthy pets too! We can do daycare or overnight care at our house. We enjoy working with all types of breeds, young and old, feline and canine. For daycare or boarding, they must be under 15 lbs. About: I have been arround animals all my life. I learned to heal them. I have skills detecting diseases or changes in their behavior. I am good taking care of sick animals. Caws, sheep, dogs. Etc. I have rescued 3 dogs. I have a trained dog. The last 2 years I have been learning how to train dogs. Nights: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. And on holiday weekends Im available Saturday/Sunday night. Days: Boarding Evening except Saturday:.Sitting. I'm available on Holiday weekends I have a day job but it's flexible. By observing them to get to know them also paying attention to their parents and their instructions and guidelines. About: Hello! Thank you for your interest! I have Miki, who is a senior yellow Labrador Retriever with Cushing's Disease, that I've been taking care of for 13+ years now. And before him, I had Sam, also a yellow Labrador. I'm available to care for your dog and to administer medication if need be. I have a large unfenced property so there's plenty of room for your pooch to roam! I'm available for walks, rides, and doggie daycare. Miki is always with me when I go for rides...he wouldn't have it any other way! I will make sure your dog has enough activity to keep them happy. I'm a freelance artist so I'm home most of the time, except for when I go to Syracuse to visit family, which is generally during the week. I can provide a reference from my most recent client if you are having any doubts. My rates are reasonable and I'm always prompt and willing to respond to inquiries. The only time I am unavailable is when I go to Syracuse to visit my family. That happens at least once a month and during the week. My Miki is a very friendly dog with a great temperament. He gets excited when meeting new dogs, but will never bite. He is allowed on our furniture and gets to go outside quite frequently because of his Cushing's Disease.
