About: I've been taking care of pets since before I remember. Growing up I cared of neighbors', family members' and friends' pets on a multitude of occasions to go on long walks, feed, bathe, and give attention to whilst they are away. Ive taken care of newborn kittens and puppies as well as elderly fuzzy friends who need meds and daily iv's/shots. Ive even assisted a cat birth and successfully resuscitated a kitten! About: Hello all! My name is Carly. I am from Connecticut originally and have been living in the Capital district for about two years now. When I was back in home state, I had been sitting for about 8 years on and off and grew up taking care of all types. I used to have my own business called CA Pet Services doing pet sitting during my free time. I have taken care of all types of animals, large and small. I love meeting new furry friends and enjoy spending time getting to know them and giving them all the affection they deserve. Each animal that is under my care will get endless amounts of love and enjoyment. I want each dog or cat to feel safe, relaxed, and to feel that homey sensation when I take care of them. I also have my own 10-year-old male Australian Shepard, who is my fur child and enjoys meeting new friends that he can play with and take on adventures with. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
