“Kyle was a wonderful host for our dog, Teddy! Since it was Teddy's first time staying with someone else, we were understandably nervous. A few days before our trip, Kyle welcomed us to his home so Teddy could meet him and we could go over any questions we had. During our trip, Kyle kept us updated with pictures and regular messages, which really helped ease our anxiety. He always responded to our messages in a timely manner, and it was clear Teddy was in great hands. “Booked Jasmine to watch my dog Toby 4 days and 4 nights over Thanksgiving. Before booking, Jasmine agreed on a meet and greet just to confirm that Toby felt comfortable with her. Dropped Toby off Tuesday about 6pm and picked him up Saturday at about 6 pm. Over those 4 days Jasmine would send updates morning, noon, and night along with videos of Toby walking or playing with her dog Molly. Could not have been happier with the care Toby received and since he has been home he has seemed alot calmer than before I dropped him off. I would recommend Jasmine to anyone as she is definitely a 5 STAR sitter. I will for sure book her again in the future when needed.”

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Jet home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Jet.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Jet sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
