About: I’ve always been an animal lover, and caring for pets is a big part of my everyday life. I have taken care of a variety of animals with different needs. I have experience with senior animals and giving oral medication to both dogs and cats. I never leave the house without making sure my own pets are fed, taken out, and feeling happy and calm. I bring that same level of attention to every pet I care for. I’ll do my very best to create a safe, cozy environment for your pet with fresh water, food, fun toys, and a nice spot where they can look outside and relax. If you’d like updates, I’m more than happy to send photos and messages so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away. I understand how stressful it can feel to leave your pet with someone new, so you can always reach out with any questions or concerns. Thank you for considering me as your pet sitter—I’m committed to treating your pet like family. I have plenty of time to provide care for your pets. I’m currently unemployed and navigating life after my mom’s passing, and I’m looking for flexible work to help support my family. Pet sitting is meaningful to me, and I’m grateful for the chance to care for your furry loved ones. I think it’s really important to make sure the chemistry feels right between a pet and a sitter. So far, all of my clients’ pets have welcomed me into their space with no problem. I will never leave food or water bowls empty, and I’ll stick to the schedule we agree on for walks, playtime, and potty breaks. I’ll always treat your home with respect and clean up any messes before you return. I’ll also stay easy to reach if you’d like updates, and I’m happy to send photos and messages so you can see how your pet is doing. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone new, so you can always reach out with any questions or concerns.

“Wow... Chance and my dog Grover got along super well. Grover would see Chance pull up thru the window and start barking with excitement. And great communication with Chance. He always told me when he was heading my way. I had foot surgery and was not able to get around very well. My dog Grover would not let me dry his feet off after coming in from the snow - but with Chance - Grover did not mind - Chance would get his feet clean with no issues. Chance is highly recommended by me - could not be happier. And very affordable. Thanks Chance - from Grover and myself.. A+ !! 5 Stars”

“I was pretty amazed at how quickly our boy took to Anna. He was immediately calm with her when she did her meet and greet and did an outstanding job on his walk today. Highly recommend!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
