About: I used to take care of my sister’s pets, when she needed the extra help a few years ago. I would take them out on walks, give them their food, and just give them some loving until she would come back from trips or work. I have a puppy and kitten of my own and love training them, and snuggling them! Excited to meet your pets! I currently am working part-time, so that gives me a lot of flexibility and time to be able to spend quality time with your pets. I have a friendly dog who would be able to keep your fur baby company, but I do have separate areas in case anyone needs space! I never leave my pets unsupervised, to make sure they don’t hurt themselves or break any furniture. I live in an apartment complex that is pet friendly and has an exercise area that is fenced! I would love to send as many updates of your pets,that you may need to help ease any worries.

About: I’ve been a devoted animal lover since childhood, practically growing up with a wagging tail and a purring chorus by my side. For over 15 years, my own dog was my shadow, my confidant, and my greatest teacher in unconditional love. It has been my proudest experience to had been his caretaker for so long, and in that time, I learned so much on how to keep him safe and happy. My experience goes beyond just my own pets —I’ve become the beloved “aunt” to all my friends’ and family’s pets, the one they trust to spoil, cuddle, and tend to their furry companions as if they were my own. Whether it’s belly rubs, long walks, or singing silly songs to a curious cat, I make sure every pet feels safe, cherished, and just a little extra adored. When it comes to pets, I always make time—though my availability is limited. I know how much they mean to the people who love them, so I do my best to create a schedule that allows me to provide the care and attention they deserve. While I may not always have endless hours, the time I do have is filled with love, belly rubs, and plenty of tail wags. When I bought my house, my top priority was simple: “Will my dog be happy here?” With a large, fenced yard perfect for zoomies and sunbathing, I made sure they had a safe and joyful space for pets. But I also know that for many pets, there’s no place like their own cozy spot. That’s why I’m more than happy to care for them in their home if that’s what their owners prefer—because feeling safe, comfortable, and loved is what matters most.

About: I not only have two dogs and a cat myself back home, but I also have been dog and cat sitting in my community for nearly a decade. I’m a native Texan who isn’t scared of walking in this heat either! I am an archaeologist who has long breaks from work where I can dedicate days or weeks to pet sitting. I’m available week days and weekends with very flexible timing. Just like any other family member, your pets will be treated with the upmost care and respect. I am happy to provide their specialized care and keep them cared for until y’all come back home to them!

About: I have worked and volunteered at animal shelters so I know how to handle dogs and tend to their needs. I have babysat dog for my family, family friends, neighbors. I’ve gone to check in on their puppies. I have a part-time college student. I only go to school two days out of the week and it is only in the morning time. We wake up let the dogs outside, let them back in to eat and then go back outside sometimes we will play outside will the ball. Our older dogs like to stay inside.

About: I’ve been a pet lover since I was young and always felt a sense of having to help and protect every pet I come across. My parents didn’t allow pets in our home so as I grew up I made it a point to appreciate and take care every baby with paws. My roommate had 2 kitties that I would care for as if they were my own! I currently am a full time student and also work a part time job but I have plenty of time on sundays as well as during the evening. I have a hamster and he is spoiled! I make sure he always has treats and food available. I hope I can do the same for your pets!

About: I grew up in a house that always had pets - cats, dogs, or both! As a teenager, I began to take a very active role in taking care of our animals and have not stopped since. I adopted my own dog in 2020 after I graduated college, and my husband and I adopted another dog last year. We adore our dogs and prioritize their care at every turn with extra attention to details like mental stimulation, plenty of exercise and homemade dog food. I have the most experience with medium to larger sized dogs, but am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I also have experience taking care of senior dogs and dogs with unique medical concerns that require special medication or attention, such as allergies, tremors, and ear infections. I am well equipped to handle whatever specific care your fur baby might need, and look forward to the opportunity to step in and love on them while you are away! I currently work full-time, but have flexibility with when I take my breaks. My husband (who will help me with any boarding responsibilities) also works but is completely remote and thus has lots of flexibility. However, my evenings and weekends are typically wide open. At our home, we have a fenced in backyard, security cameras and floodlights, and live in a neighborhood with lots of sidewalk access. We have a routine with our own dogs that includes twice daily feedings, bathroom breaks every few hours, daily mile long walks, evening play sessions, homemade dog food, and lots of cuddles. We do not crate our dogs because they are well behaved enough to be trusted, but we have an extra crate or can accommodate your crate in our home pending your preferences. I am quite familiar with the greater San Antonio area and feel comfortable getting out to walk dogs in other parts of the city. I believe in keeping furry friends as close to their routine as possible while their owners are away to minimize stress and anxiety and make sure they feel loved. That said, I always take guidance from pet parents when traveling to take care of new pets!

About: I have always been the go-to person for many of my family and friends to go and feed the dogs or hang out with them. I grew up with dogs and always understood cues on when to give space or when they needed something! I adopted my dog almost two years ago and immediately started dog walking with her and later did basic training. At the moment, I work part-time from 2:30-6:30. My mornings and afternoons are very available until mid-January! My weekends are always available. I am flexible! In other pet owners home, I will make sure to follow any guided directions or precautions in order to ensure trust and safety in the home environment. In my home, I keep areas clean and free of anything harmful to dogs. I throw toys away that are damaged or could cause harm because of damage. I give lots of enrichment through feeding games, training inside and outside, and toys that allow her to use her brain! I make sure she eats well and drinks plenty of water while getting lots of outside time!
