About: Hi! I’m a college student with a flexible schedule looking to fill my time doing something I love! My family and friends have looked to me for pet care, like walking dogs, letting them out, feeding them, and pet-sitting over night. “I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea! We are new to Eureka Springs and were so worried about leaving our babies with someone new. We liked Chelsea immediately and our shy orange boy also walked right up to her during the meet and greet which is always a good sign. While we were gone (10 days out of the country), Chelsea was so loving with our cats and provided thoughtful updates with photos and helpful info. After they first visit and update we were completely at ease for the rest of our trip and our super shy girl who I mentioned might never come out even came out for pets by the last couple of visits. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
