“Madi was the best find ever for us and our tricky dog, Ghost. She was so calm and gently with him. Ghost has been known to be very anxious and nervous around new people but he took to her right away and now loves having her come spoil him while we are out of town. Madi is always so respectful of our home and keeps us updated with regular photos and updates. I can’t recommend her enough. Just don’t try and book her any weekends that I need her ;)”
2. Karen G.
“We were so happy with the care Karen provided for our dog Maeby! Karen sent us daily texts and photos which helped us feel comfortable and confident that Maeby was in great hands. This was the first time we booked with Rover and Karen helped us through the process. We will definitely book with Karen the next time we need care for Maeby!!”
3. Claire K.
“Claire is AMAZING. My pup is usually very anxious in new places and with new people but she is so welcoming and loving to my dog! He was super excited to return to her house this past weekend and get to hang out with her two dogs again. She was amazing in texting updates as well as giving Boone his own report card at the end of the stay. Claire is the best!!”
4. Kari H.
“Kari is so wonderful with the animals she cares for. I could tell by the way my dog Ruger acted as soon as he entered her home. Usually when I pick him up, he let's me know that he's not pleased I was gone, but after a stay with Kari he is totally calm and happy. Thanks for taking such great care of my boy!”
5. John H.
“John has an easy, calm demeanor that put my senior dog at ease pretty quickly. I could tell when I picked up my boy that he was chill and happy, which is very much appreciated.”
6. Sarah O.
“Sarah is the best sitter we’ve had! She sent updates and pictures multiple times a day and treated our dog like her own. We felt extremely comfortable leaving our dog with her for 6 nights. Lucy can’t wait to go back!”
7. Amanda N.
“Amanda took very good care of our dogs. This was the first time they haven’t acted like we saved them when we have had them kenneled. You could 100% tell they loved where they stayed and they were well cared for. I would definitely recommend Amanda and use her again! Very pleased!”
8. Jessie R.
About: Hi!! I’m Jessie 🐾 I’ve taken care of dogs pretty much my whole life! But I really got into it while I got my Bacehlors of Science degree in Zoology at SIUC. I then worked at a dog boarding facility where we boarded dogs during the day and overnight, did baths, and doggie daycare. I of course always owned my own dogs and cats. I then worked at a Pet Hospital where I assisted in surgeries, drawing blood on cats and dogs, giving vaccines, giving medications via injections or orally. A lot of times at the dog boarding facilities we would train puppies during the day, and of course I’ve had many puppies of my own. I’m currently working full time. I do work remote (at home) Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday so I could take a fur baby out in the morning 6am-7am, 12:30-1pm, and 3:30pm-4:30pm. Weekends are open!! I can do late nights Tuesdays and Thursday as well. Message me and we could always discuss more in detail, I’m flexible!! I will care for every animal like it’s my own! So many kisses, hugs and snuggles!! I’ll treat your house with respect. With my animal handling experience and vet assistant knowledge your pets will always be safe with me!
9. Laura G.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats since childhood (30+ years) I’ve trained several puppies and currently take care of five elderly pets. I’ve changed any number of puppy pads and given many baths. I work part time house cleaning and can travel as needed. Checking in on the animals or staying at your place for peace of mind. Pets in my house will be sequestered or caged if needed or there is conflict. Otherwise they’ll have a happy healthy playful environment with lots of love and exercise.
10. Tara C.
“I am always confident whenever my dog Blu stars with Tara. She constantly updates with photos and always asks the necessary questions. My dog came home smelling good, happy and wore out. Tara will always be my first choice for boarding because she goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for my dog.”
11. Jennifer M.
“Jen was so great with our Fletcher. She kept us updated on how he was doing, and sent several pictures and videos during his stay. I am positive that our Fletcher was very sad when he had to leave Jen and Carley’s house.”
12. Krishna T.

16. Cathleen P.
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was little. From fish and lizards to cats and dogs. I’ve watched friends pets, family pets, and even strangers pets before. They had me feeding, bathing (if needed), walking, and most importantly cuddling their pets. I work in as a veterinary assistant, so I make sure every pet is taken care. I have two dogs and two cats of my own that I take care of. We all have a routine and I would add in an additional pet if needed. We can do walks after work or on my lunch break. I also am able to bring pets to work with me if needed. I make sure that my house is pet proof (all outside doors are shut, no toxic things are accessible, ect.). I leash walk everywhere I go to ensure safety.
17. Katie L.
About: I have owned dogs my whole life. I grew up in a one dog house and currently have two small senior dogs. Bentley is 11 and Wrigley is 8. They are both Chihuahua mixes. I have taken family dogs for the weekend in my home many times and have checked in on dogs of family and friends on many occasions. I am a teacher so I am gone all day during the week. I am available for boarding and check ins on the weekends if needed. I have a fenced in yard and two small dogs to keep your pup company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I have one small and one medium sized crates.
18. Mariah K.
“Mariah went above and beyond taking care of our two extremely high energy dogs. She sent us daily photos and videos for all 5 days of boarding. It gave us peace of mind knowing that they were being taken care of. Highly recommended Mariah for dog sitting, walking or boarding!”
