About: I have taken care of animals since i was about 10 years old. I have raised many dogs (and cats) throughout my life and my friends and family trust in me to sit their animals while they are away. I am currently only working a few days a week so my schedule is wide open. I am more than happy to take on same day appointments. I have a nice sized fenced yard and a very friendly puppy to keep your dog(s) company. If I am doing house sitting in your home, I am more than glad to stay overnight, or drop in as many times as you’d like me too! I also love to send updates and photos/videos to you guys of your little babies!

7. Vyviene S.
About: I have always loved animals since i was a kid and still into my adult life. I currently have 3 kitties myself named Princess, Prince, and Queen. I have always wanted a dog but just couldn’t handle it as a student-athlete but I still love them so much. I am very good with kitties and they tend to love me back :) I’m recently graduated college and am trying to continue my athletic career so I am training and practicing during the week mostly. I pop in and out of my house for a couple hours but for the most part I am at home. I have an apartment so cats are very welcome, I would prefer to only board smaller/medium dogs so my cats aren’t too scared. I have lots of cat toys and stuff also. For the dogs there a lot of grass outside and a little dog park they can go to.

8. Katie M.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats and have always thought of them as family! I’ve had medium dogs (cocker spaniel, beagles) and big dogs (husky/German Shepard). I’m also very much a cat person - I am currently living with 3 of them! As an experienced pet owner I am happy to feed, walk and play with your pet as well as bathe, brush, or give medication if needed. I am also happy to feed your other pets (fish, birds, etc) if needed, water plants and bring in your mail or packages. I have 2 children who also love animals! They love to come along with me to feed or walk pets but I will always get permission to bring them along. Please be assured that if you are not comfortable with them accompanying me, I will respect your wishes and leave them home. I work full time in education so I am available all day during the summer and during holiday breaks. During the school year, I am available after 3:30pm on weekdays. All day availability on weekends to love your furry friends. I treat my pets and any others I encounter with love and kindness. They are truly a gift! I would love to know your pet’s specific needs and ask that you leave me clear instructions on your pet’s specific needs. I am also happy to send photos and updates!

11. Teddie N.
“I can’t recommend Teddie enough for anyone wanting her to take care of your pet through Rover! She is a great dog mom and would treat your pets like her own, going above and beyond to ensure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable at all times. I trust her with my dogs and think you should too! They will be in great hands with her for sure.”

12. Maci F.
About: I've been working with dogs all my life. I started my professional caretaking at a shelter while I was stationed in Japan for 3 years, mainly caring for older dogs and a ton of cats! I absolutely found my match in life and continued to get my degree and go on to work at an emergency clinic for a while before trying my hand at a K9 training facility. I then spent 4 years as the lead veterinary technician for a general practice/urgent care clinic before starting at a specialty veterinary hospital as an anesthesia technician that I've been doing for about a year now. My passion lies in pain management, preventative medicine and gold standard anesthesia care. I have a special interest and expertise in wound care. I find great joy in bonding with nervous and anxious babies through patience and trust. I'm currently fully available for all services. I'm in progress with a full online school load and have no other commitments so I'm very flexible. Depending on the pets level of comfort I would love to keep them on the same routine that they're used to. Please just let me know how their day goes usually and I will try my best to keep it normalized to reduce anxiety.

13. Reece B.

15. Katy J.

16. Mikah J.
About: I’ve always been an active dog lover since I was a little girl. I’ve always helped my neighbors by walking and watching their dogs while gone. I have 3 dogs of my own and have personally trained all of them since they were puppies. I was even able to train my blind and deaf dog which was pretty difficult but I was able to house train him and even taught him a couple tricks! I make sure to care for every dog I watch with so much love and act like they were one of my own. I’m working a part time job which allows me to spend a lot of time with my doggies and hopefully your dog! I don’t work tuesdays either so if needed I can spend as much time as you want with them during those days. I have a fenced yard that provides a lot of space for your dog and mine to play in! If needed to, I can provide a private room for your dog if you’re wanting your dog to be put in a crate. If you’re wanting me to just check in on your doggie at your house I certainly can! I have stayed over at my clients house as well as visit daily between 2-3 times a day.

17. Emily S.
“I have know Emily Stewart-Smith since she was 16 yrs old. She is a wonderful young lady, honest and hard working. My husband and I traveled from California to Texas and Oregon to visit our kids and grandkids. We used Emily to house and pet sit for us until she got married and moved to Texas. She was amazing!!! It was very hard losing her. I never had to worry about anything. I own 7 horses and bored at least 8-10 other horses at our facility. Emily was in charge of the feeding, cleaning and giving all their supplement's. I also own minimum of 3 dogs and 3 cats, she was in charge of. She would stay at our home the whole time we were gone which could be 6-7 days. It was nice to leave at not have to worry about if things were getting taken care of. I would recommend Emily for any job she would be applying for. She has a great work ethic. I apologize for getting this to you later than sooner. I just now found it in my email. I'm bad at checking it,”

18. Te'Sha M.
“Tesha is the best dog walker I have ever paid for on Rover. She has a passion for animals, and I can trust her with my fur babies.”

19. Jamielynn A.

“Jamielyn was so amazing. We were worried about having to take our cats somewhere for an emergency but she made it so seamless and gave us updates when our babies. Highly recommend!”
